2/19/2023: Lyrics that CLEAR my mind of invasive NEGATIVE thoughts.. What a privilege I have, to channel my being, in a POSITIVE direction, through The Holy Spirit🙌🏿🙌🏿✊🏿.
Praise God I was brought up on this kind of gospel music. It feeds the soul. There's so much entertainment in gospel music today. I prefer traditional.
We headed out the door to school many mornings in 1966 in Bessemer, Alabama with the Rev. James Cleveland singing a version of this song and I still can recall the morning announcement on WENN Birmingham. GOD BLESS!!!
This is one of my hubby, Larry favorite songs. The love of God is always there for us no matter where we are. Agape Unconditional Love. I love you and appreciate the gift you are to my life. Happy Valentine's Day & Anniversary! xoxoxoxo :)
One of the First Music Ministry Combinations of Male Quartet and Mixed Choir! Glad That The late Great Harold Smith and The Majestic Choir of Detroit MI consented to recording In Chicago IL in December 1967, and my mother The Late Great Suedella Moore-Smith Purchased It!
I like this version as well as the version they did for speacialty. Johnnie Taylor was the orginal lead vocalist but I think Willie dose the song some justice.
