- Tours in this popular cave are provided in 11 languages (at once). In all tours throughout the day, except the final afternoon tour, classical music is provided by live musicians on boats in the dark. I toured in winter 2016. This is what they played.
I was there on 2018 with my husband, on honeymoon, and this moment was so beautiful. My eyes were full of tears.

I saw this 41 years ago when i was 6 in 1981. It was slightly different then. They had red blue and green lights under the water and the boats weren't lit like they are now. They were floodlit from the inside and one of the boats had and upright piano in it and all the orchestra were in tuxedo's. And they actually played then. Lol.
Me and my mrs were there last week and it was absolutely amazing ❤

You weren't on the USS John Rodgers were you? I went for a meal on January 1st there with some US Navy personnel that we met at a house church run by Bob Maines who was in the FGBMFI. They had a Christmas meal at the church if my memory is accurate.
Hi David, no, I was on the USS El Paso. I never heard of that ship, it may not have been home ported in Norfolk , as my ship was. My birthday was Dec. 24th (in Mallorca) and for the only time in my life I didn't realize the date. Such is the life of a sailor. Sounds like you had a better Christmas than me. Cheers, Dave
You are probably correct in that. Shortly afterwards The USS John Rodgers was in action in Lebanon as part of a UN Peace Keeping Force. All things might have gone well, but the president elect was assassinated and after that everything went pear shaped. :(

Certo, la suggestione è una cosa, la realtà è altro, perché il musicista di natura è cinico...😂 nel senso che due secondi dopo stavo lì dirmi che mi sarebbe piaciuto un lavoretto estivo di quel tipo. 😅Forse era il 2001.
Ho visitato queste grotte e non le ricordavo belle come le ho viste nei video precedenti, il motivo e che solo questo video scuro e con traduzione non in italiano ho visto a Mayorca, mi dissi era meglio che vedevo ancora una volta la grotta azzurra di Capri

Is it this dark when you are actually there? Trying to work out whether to take my four year old in June, she doesn't like the dark too much though!
Take her it’s only dark to show the lights and for the experience it’s a beautiful show and a lovely memory you can make that I’m sure she will recall for life!
