Great video on the I Box platform and swivel. I agree, quite noisy. Have the small title bag. Looking for a little faster performance. I put weight on the back of the platform. Better. Thinking of the Title lightening fast swivel. Would it be an upgrade and would it fit in the holes of the Balaz platform. Thanks…
Hi there, do you have any videos on how to build. Speed ball rack? I have wooden built shelves in my garage and I was wandering if I mounted the speed ball platform to some wood and then that wood and platform to the wooden shelves it would be ok for the speed ball? Thanks
Thanks for this review. Just had mine delivered and I'm getting ready to mount it to my wall. What's the best way to mount it? Directly against the wall studs? Or get some wood 2x4's and screw those to the studs first?
Thoughts on the ibox versus their pro 12” adjustable version? The pro one is very expensive. I’m not pro but wondering if the ibox is going to be “good for life.” I’m hanging in my garage to studs. Temps go from low 40’s in the winter to around 105 at the extreme in the winter. No humidity.

It's 4" x 4" rough cedar uprights and 2" x 4" cedar from Home Depot (or Lowes). Use an auger bit to drill holes, and it's bolted together with 1/2" hardware (6" bolts, washers, and nuts). I'll try to find a picture of the rack itself.
The downside to the rack is it is not as stable as a wall. There's several hundred pounds of Oly bumper plates holding it down. A welded steel rack would be more stable - but I've got to be able to take this thing apart and move it on occasion.

iBox is excellent. All you really need. I've had several for many years.

the rack was shaking during boxing type of punching, could it be eliminated by ballast on the bottom or you already have it?
