the game gives you counter magic lvl1 as you are about to continue in the underground cave level. so your video should say lvl2 and lvl3 respectively for the chests

To get counter magic to level three start new game + and find counter magic one or two again and it will upgrade you to three.

Same for the lightning spell; however, to max it you need to go to ng+2.

Explore the map once you finish the final boss, there are other doors you can go through that lead you backwards.

You'll need to go to ngplus 2. I suggest instead rushing the game on easy and getting all the chests

I'm on newgame+ and gotten all the chest after defeating the secret boss again, but didn't got an achievement after getting all the chests

I think you need to get all the chests on a fresh file in one go.

Thanks for the guide,
I have an issue in which I am on my first playthrough, beat Monica and even the secret stage Boss, ran back to the very first map and tried to get the remaining chests i needed for the achievement using this video : ua-cam.com/video/E09sSAJ0288/v-deo.html
I followed through three time with the video but still didnt get the achievement, anyone got any clues?

I highly suggest popping the game on easy and just rushing the game and making sure to get all the chests otherwise you need to go through and re-check every chest location in the video to find the one you missed :(
