Help,I'm just using my machine for 1st time,and very excited! Anxious!.I have watched video several times and enjoyed the well-done well spoken Gentleman doing demo. I want to change the time,canthus be done whilst machine is operating as I have tried and it's not changing. I would be grateful for any feedback. Thanking you all🙏
Avoid using the eco option. On an eco 60 program, it only heats the water to about 40, and doesn't do temperature holding. Also, 4 hours is ridiculously long for just a load of laundry
The machine doesn't spin when I put in a single item to spin or rinse+spin after a hand-wash. I have tried deselecting the rinse component but this doesn't always help On normal wash programmes it spins ok.
On all modern machines you need several items in there for the machine to be able to adjust the load before it will spin. If you try and put one item in, it will not be able to re adjust the load and will not spin. It prevents damage to the machine and will normally be the same with all manufacturers.
You are correct that Bosch and Siemens look similar, as they are the same company. We normally sell more of the Siemens appliances as sometimes the warranty on the appliance is longer which most customers like.
I just bought it. I want to ask if I put the mixed program with 9 kg of clothes and not 4kg that is recommended for maximum,will be cause any problem at the machine?
It will wash the clothes, but you will find the wash time will be a lot longer than the time stated. Also you may find that the performance of the wash may not be as good as if you select the cotton programme which is ok for the full 9kg. Good question though.
There isn’t a prewash on this model. This confused me too when I first bought the machine and saw it in the manual. I phoned them up and they said there was 2 slightly different models, one with and one without.
It could be that there is a fault with the water inlet hose or waste pipe? First of all check to see that the water is switched on and that the water is flowing ok. Secondly check to make sure that the waste pipe is not blocked. This may involve taking the machine out and putting some water through the outlet pipe to make sure it is flowing ok. If it is blocked then this will be the cause of the fault.
You should make a video on how to turn off the horrible bleeping sound at the end of the wash. As the Manual doesn’t make any sense

On the whole it is normally better to leave the machine to go through the programme once it has started. Thanks for the feedback and enjoy the machine
