The Auto clean function is activated by holding down the "Extra rinse" button for 5 seconds, whilst holding the button watch the display and you will see the words " Auto clean" scroll. Wait till it finishes scrolling and the machine will automatically lock and the display will now read the duration "1.10" once that all happens just leave alone till done. Remember 🎵🎶🎶🎵 "washing machines live longer with Calgon." 🎵🎵🎶🎵 (I did actually put mine in the drum.) Make sure it's empty tho when in auto clean mode.
another good video but myself dont really trust hotpoint or candy the reason being my mum had a hotpoint and only had it a month then it started to blow steam and broke down but great to see you still uploading vids keep them coming

I also absolutely love the LG steam cabinet, they’re certainly expensive, too expensive for my budget!
Some if the machines I have talked about have had steam as part of it but most don't really shout about it. The main advantage is it can help with allergies and also help reduce creasing towards the end of the wash
Just seen this video, as I have had this machine for a few months now. I find that the fabric conditioner remains in the drawer after wash. Or water sits in the fabric conditioner slot after wash. Why is this?
This can be a common issue and it can be down to having too much conditioner in the drawer, the other reason is that the water pressure can be too low so it is not taking the liquid through the machine correctly. Turning the water up a little may help.

do not use the 45 minute program! it will kill your machine as it uses way too much water, for more eco friendly and quicker drying time the mixed cycle is a much better solution!

It's something that does crop up with some customers and it can be because modern machines use a lot less water compared to old machines.

These you cant but the actvice care you can hold steam hygiene and it will show that theirs no beep

Yes that sounds like it is the door lock activating and locking before the program starts. At the end of the wash it should make the same noise again.

Hi is b a good spinning efficiency and is 1400rpm fast enough to dry towels
Yes B is a good efficiency and you would normally need to go to a 1600 spin to get an A rating

Yes there should be an option to spin only I think it's program 15.

Normally it is the child lock option that may have been accidently pressed. There should be a button on the machine to release it

Perhaps because it is pumping a lot of water into and out of the machine at the same time.

How large is the load? If it is too small a load then it could be that there is not enough in the drum for it to balance the load correctly.

the 30 min rapid wash on number9 works perfectly and drains and spins correctly ?

When the machine has finished, it should enable you to open the door about 1-2 minutes after the wash has finished.
just got this machine and it has a loud clicking noise all the time - is that normal or have i got a faulty one?
It shouldnt make that kind of sound. Not saying it's faulty but it may be worth getting Hotpoint to have a look at it.

Mould will grow inside the soap drawer as the small flap door does not come out . Bad design . It seems all HOTPOINT HAVE THE SAME DRAWER
