Removing the old roof and drip rails is a job but watching the way you do it gives insight on it thumbs up 👍

Man, you make it look so simple! I'm sure it's simple to you, but it looks like magic to 99% of the rest of us. Good to see you back!

The roof on my 2020 GT is still in perfect shape (thankfully!). Still love watching you save these old Mustangs!

Your videos are awesome tutorials. Your end product is better than factory. I had a ‘70 Boss 302 which made a sad day when I had to sell it to afford college. Now that I’m old I have an ‘07 Mustang V6 Standard. If money was no object, I’d commission you to convert this V6 ‘07 into a tribute ‘70 Boss that mimics all the great details of my favorite car. What a dream car.

Hi Ben, I admire your skills and craftsmanship and appreciate your informative channel. If I could locate my ‘68 S code fastback that I bought new January 14, 1969, it would probably be in your shop. Suggestion, it’s hard to stay subscribed when your channel goes “dark” for weeks. I know you are super busy but why don’t you post a weekly 15-30 seconds video just to update your subscribers? Nothing fancy, no editing, just a few seconds so we know you are still out there and the YT algorithm doesn’t work against you. Just a thought. Happy Holidays from LI!

Speaking of heating up the lead so it can be removed, Have you done any videos on tricks to glass it in after you're done welding?

All's forgiven............besides.....when you see art performed in front of your own eyes......who can say anything negative? Me, I'm surprised some cable network hasn't approached you yet. It's their loss. Meanwhile, keep 'em coming and MERRY CHRISTMAS Mr. Griswold (ref. Christmas Vacation) and Happiest of New Year's.

The wire rust stripper you called a "ripper wheel". What is the manufacturer name, and perhaps the model. Is it something akin to a burnishing tool?

So can I ask you a few questions? I tried to write you on facebook but it appeared you are not on there much. ;) I have a 1970 mach 1. It seems pretty clean but does have rust holes below the pedals and behind where the front drivers seet has pin holes. Would you suggest doing an entire floor pan on something like that? Also it seems you replace a lot of parts that on video look pretty good so I was trying to understand how I would determine if I should replace more panels? Can you give the technique for doing the spot welds to fill the holes you make to simulate the spot welds? I am just learning how to weld and my dad was supposed to help me with my build but he recently passed away so now I just decided I need to learn how to do this and build the car with my 14 year old son. I have done body work, sanding, priming, and some painting in the past but never welding in new panels or sections of panels.
Also you said that you never give out your measurements but would you give advice on how to do our own measurements to start collecting the data we need in our own build? Thank you for your time and your videos are very inspiring and helpful. My 14 year old son is taking welding in school right now and he is very excited to get started on this project and you are the only one I have found that makes such work look easy.
Lastly do you have certain suppliers where you would suggest us to get parts for this project as the car was in a lot of pieces with quite a bit missing when we got it. Thanks again!!!

    Awesome stuff .
What do you use to protect the bear metal underneath once you've welded to top parts.

3 diff days, ehy? You should buy a magic camera that holds data longer than 3 days, then you could show a few things in between!!

I am sure you have answered this but do you do work for others as much as you do for cars that you sell. I have located a 67 mustang convertible that was a dusk rose. Car is painted red now as I am sure a lot of them were. Is that something that you would be interested in doing. Not wild about the Dusk Rose but do know that there was so few of them. Would hate to see it wasted to history. Please let me know.
