Your summer morning routines are sooo peaceful!!! My mornings are go go go! 5am let out the puppies (I have a Aussie puppies 8 months and 2 months old). Eat breakfast as fast as I can, hit the gym for an hour.. shower, protein shake, throw something on as fast as I can, all before before I start work at 9am. Sometimes I start work at 5am so I’m up at 3am and then hit the gym in between meetings/on my lunch break.

Loved the video, especially the info about courses, thank you. I also have lemon water. I cut a whole lemon into slices and freeze them and when I want a cool refreshing drink I pull out a frozen slice and add it to a glass of water with ice 🐝
