Cool. Saved some of the products you used. Today was first time I woke up early at 7 am and didn’t go back to sleep. Used Alarmy and did two task and didn’t go back to bed. Goal is hygiene, teeth, skincare and get dressed and contacts and hair and put wig on and simple makeup all this done in hour. And start vlogging. I don’t work or school so I do same everyday but trying have routine. Start morning routine I need take vitamins and greens and bellway fiber drinks all in morning. Focus on doing this for week to a month and make this a good habit and breaking bad habits. Next is creating night routine and stop binging at night and eating at midnight when wake up from sleep. I’m happy at my progress.
