I got egg white mucus 2.5 weeks ago and a positive ovulation test, but my period hasn’t come :(. I was feeling so hopeful. Thank you for your videos, they are so helpful and encouraging, your energy and positivity is contagious 😊
A positive ovulation test is such a good sign!!! DOn't be dismayed sometimes the body takes a while to get up and going but that doesn't mean that you haven't been improving your health and taking better care of yourself! Keep on doing what you are doing, finding lots of rest, and try to let go of any anxiety about this. The anxiety and stress of not getting a period can be the thing that blocks someone from getting a period!
@@flowwithchlo okay I don’t know what magic your video/comment did but I just got my period after 6 months 🥳🥳 I took time to relax after your advice and there it was!
My only symptoms were that I suddenly got bloated for about 2 weeks before my period came back and that my whole body was aching me.I use to get a lot of cervical mucus before I lost my period and during the time I lost it it was dry down there, so I was expecting it to be a symptom but you could imagine my surprise when I woke up with my period today 😂.Just remember everybody's symptoms is different
I’m taking a week off working out in so long and just enjoying resting and these past 4 days I been having really sore nipple it hurt which I didn’t have before also I have cervical mucus I really hope it comes but my calories a lot no restrictions
I lost my period due to ha and I have gone all in for 1 month now seeing lots of changes and symptoms I got egg white cervical mucus 2 weeks earlier and then it went but now it has come once again since 1 to 2 days , acne on my face and also I have gained alot of weight but I am clueless why my period isn’t coming. Thanku for your videos, you help alot 😃
I’ve gained weight 152 from 135 I been eating more and cut my exercising to 4 days a week now abs only light weight training rest and increased my calories to 1900-2000 feel better feel better but don’t want to go back to 195 lb also just wonder once your at your set point weight will you drop some weight still I’m trying to eat 2500 calories a day whole food but it really hard I feel
Hi, I don't have an crystal ball to be able to see what will happen and where your body will be happy maintaining at. The best thing you can do is focus on healing your body and allowing your weight to go where it goes. I know its hard but thats the best strategy for completely healing.
@@nadinesyandhana1402 really long story but I lost my period in March last year from low calorie deficit and a lot of cardio. So when I decided to slowly eat more calorie during that time but stoped cause I was gaining weight. The I want to say five months ago tried again and slowly took out cardio as. Focused on weight training long rest period. Was starting to get better sign not so tired, gain a bit of weight which is fine right now, extreme huger went away, sleep better, mood better, discharge Then two week ago decided just to not work out and just eat what I wanted but I eat pretty good but had so treat some day lol, and three day before it cam my nipple were really sore and then Monday morning last week it came so I taking this week off as well. I’m still eating I want to say around 2000-2300 calories a day not sure just I’m eat way more then I did before. Now when I go back to training I focusing no more just hours of cardio and focusing on weight training which I learned to love a lot more. Only cardio I do now is maybe a warm up is 5-10 min jump rope
I just got my period back on June first, it wasn’t super heavy and was done in about 3 days. Seriously just having it was a blessing. But is it normal for your first period after this to be lighter and shorter? Will it get more normal (heavier & longer) the more i keep eating and not excising?
I am still on the pill (my estrogen is extremely low, havent had a period in over 15 years), went all-in this month (started eating more months ago) and now I am wondering wether I would notice all these signs as well you are talking about
So depends on a lot of things. I would have to know more to give a more accurate helpful answer. You are more than welcome to send me an email and we can set up a session if you want some questions answered and to see where you are at! contact.flowwithchlo@gmail.com
Hi! I personally only get egg white Cm for around 2 days max and then I get really slippery cm after that. Every body is different and I recommend tracking to start seeing the cycle that your body goes through.
Flow With Chlo thank u! continue to inspire and motivate people who are on the same situation. whenever i loss my eagerness to go through with recovery, i keep on watching recovery and all in videos and your video is a big help. honestly i cant imagine myself being on this circumstance.😔
Everyone is different of course but typically the sore breast will come during ovulation so if a normal cycle period should come around 14 days after that.
"My body trusts me again" --> teared up hearing this. Yasss on my way to recovery as well, hopefully I'll get my mens back soon.

wooowww!🤗how long does it take to get your period back?
Completely depends on the person, their past, what they are doing, and how fast they dive into recovery. For many it takes around 4-8 months.
