- May 21, 1941. The HMS Hood is chasing the German battleship Bismarck. All is seemingly going well until a shell fired from the Bismarck impacted the Hood, bringing her long career to a chaotic end.

The scary/sad aspect of this stems from just how accurate the sinking aspect is. She literally sank within 5 minutes or less and only 3 survived the whole ordeal. The only missing details of note are the forward turret not discharging and the bow not exploding after slipping under the waves as it dis when the remaining charges detonated
Just a little bugbear of mine but H.M.S. stands for His/Her Majesty's Ship so it's either 'The Hood' or 'H.M.S. Hood'...not 'The HMS Hood'..cheers!

Oh, It's PVP mode. This video is filmed on tiny sailors world in Roblox . If you want to recreate this scene, spawn in a ship with guns and Press R (it turns on PVP.) Then you should be able to fire your ships guns. (Also your ships name should turn red if PVP is on and white when PVP is off.) After Hood's loss, Battle Cruisiers were never built again, only Battleships.
Wrong the allready quit building battlecruisers long before hood went up in flames
No battleships or battlecruisers were ordered by any nation after the sinking of the Hood. Only those under completion were continued until finished (and then not all of them, England stopped the bilding of two massive Battlecruisers with 16" guns, the Temerare and the Lion, and never resumed those. THe Vanguard was in early stage construction and it was delayed to allow for other more vital ships (mainly for anti-sub and convoy protection) to be built, but it as at leas tfinished, too late to see service in WW2. After a very brief career it went prematurely to the scrap-yard. Personally I believe after the Hood being lost in May '41 and then Barham in Nov '41, the British Admiralty were rather reluctant to risk or venture their capital ships ever again, and tended not to use them.

...yet they were - officially - LARGE cruisers (CB).
Beautiful ships built without any reasonable purpose. Terribly expensive incl. entirely new main guns (the best 12-inchers in history!)
PS: HMS Hood was more a fast battleship than a pure battlecruiser.

It could have been realistic if it sunk a bit slower and cooler if it showed the last shell that turret A or B (I forgor) fired before slipping beneath the waves
Unfortunately the game has its limitations. There's no way to show that kind of accuracy in Tiny sailors world. As for sinking rate, I forgot to turn the sinking to slow. That's just its vanilla sinking speed in game.
@@dragonstarproductions7571 the slower sinking would be good enough, a chance of turret A or B firing after the aft magazine exploded (like a really small chance) could be an easter egg. nice vid tho
