Nothing more annoying then trying to read the lines and trying to watch the expressions. It makes it almost useless to watch a film. Just read the screenplay, if you want.

"Golden throne stolen from Mughals of India". Good to know the writers were at least honest in stating the fact that Europeans and esp. Britishers looted and plundered India to get themselves out of sovereign debt, but dear creators, that throne is not only very very small but also very ugly by average Indian standards.

The uninformed director of this film should have acquainted himself with the correct pronunciation of the name of the country. It is pronounced (Ee-run) and not I-ran.I-ran is the past tense of I run. It is not the fault of the mediocre actress who should have been told that. At any rate, the clip looks and sounds fake. By this I mean the whole attitude of the actors does not correspond with the the psychology and mannerism of Persians. this is awful. No wonder those who do not know Persian culture tend to get their erroneous information from similar sources. A third rate film. Not worth taking it seriously. That is not what the peacock throne looks like. You should either have gone to the crown jewels building below the central bank of Tehran or should have looked at the publicly available photos of it. The chair looks as if it is made of painted carton.

Iran was not the Muslim country it now is, It was Persian and Zorastrian. Even as a Muslim country (invaded) there was intercultural marriage . It is now back in the dark ages thanks to the revolution that essentially put women in head rags which they vehemently fought against by the thousands in the seventies. Women were just like the Americans , skirts in the sixties and free. It is now a hellhole.We in the west know little. Most people go to school to be trained robots and know little about world affairs. It wasn't until I started traveling that I got a clue.
