There is an easy fix which would help out NA in general when it comes to EU. Significantly lower the contract amounts of the players and the contract should hold incentives based on placements and LAN qualifications. Therefore the players will be motivated to earn more by winning and the teams that perform the best and place higher at majors will have the players who earn more.
@@kolanut exactly my thought, theres a reason he wasnt able to get the potential out of the daniel, retals, arsenal roster. How tf is he gonna do this with Faze, where on top, he has heavy behavioral issues. I wish that it clicks but i dont see it tbh
Ok, so what I'm getting from this is that FK really needs to join V1 and have teammates actually determined to winning and get on the damn game while Syp either needs to retire or join a team where all players know they are playing for money and not winning itself. Mist man, idk what to say, join a team that just shows up for RLCS Sundays, screw scrims because I heard you oversleep on those anyways. Only redeemable player is FK here imo and he needs to leave soon seeing Faze is a sinking ship. V1 will also have near just as valuable players so he wont be having all the power.
I can't believe having watched the video you think FK is the only redeemable player on the squad. They all have their issues, but FK is the worst of the lot - basically deciding who stays and who goes on "his" team, ghosting the coach for 2 weeks and he seems to come as a package-deal with his unbelievable douchebag of a dad. His talent is apparent but he brings with him more baggage than any other pro player. Faze is a sinking ship because FK and his old man are at the helm.
Nooo way he took down this video... I just watched it that's crazy. Honestly I felt like he was spitting facts about FaZe. If he truly doesn't care about ppl's reactions to him and just wants to tell it like it is, he should've kept the video up.
@@abillionjivebars9888 the video wasnt "taken down". It was privated. You think he uploaded this response and then 15 min later decided "hmm, no i should take that down" without anyone threatening him?
I think if fk teamed up with Daniel and Beastmode he wouldn’t feel as superior. Those 2 finna make him feel like an old man if he slacks. probably why he’s always surrounding himself with mid to decent players and getting rid of top tier players like Ayyjayy. He wants the lime light.
Firstkiller does not need to be a leader. NRG won worlds in season 8 with Turbopolsa as their middle, now we all know turbo is the goat, but he’s not an FK player. He’s not a mechanical god. The FK of that team was Justin, who was allowed space, and had a good foundation behind him and someone to pick him up when his mental dropped. This narrative that FK has to be better annoys me because he’s the only one of the three that actually plays the game and tries
I can't believe how bad NA mentality is... Those dudes are teenagers making absurd amounts of money just by being on the team and you have to promise them a bunch more money just for them to actually play the game ??? It's like telling a 12yo kid you're gonna buy him the video game he wants if he does his homework lmao No surprise why NA is so bad, EU has almost everybody grinding & putting 80-100h past 2 bc they actually want to perform and win, that's why were gonna crush NA again at worlds eheh
Dizz was the only reason Faze even made Winter Major Final. All 3 players have no mentality and Dizz gave them the mental. This was first seen when First got annoyed by lethamyr's use of a vehicle in 1v1 years ago. It's not even just FC but NA in general. Somehow, too many NA players get to their heads rather than just play the damn game. I truly believe that NA easily could've done work as the talent is there, however the mental is horrible. Roll Dizz will get picked up by another team soon no problem. I've never seen a coach understand the mental over the skill to this degree and NA needs it!
9:30 At first I wondered why AyyJayy got kicked. Considering he's a top 5 NA 1v1 and can carry in a match. Would like to see him go on a super team, one other mechanical player and a good 3rd man
It's crazy how coaches has so little authority. Hire someone you trust to make the team great and let them do what needs to be done to be successful. In football/soccer if a star of the team has a bad attitude and doesn't show up on training he gets benched. It's better for the team in the long run if it gets the player to be motivated to perform. How are the players getting paid for being good at a game get away with not playing the game and claiming their coach that wants them to play the game is the problem? Insane.
Dizz is the reason why faze is here why they performed in the world championship beating the club and falcons and V1 nearly winning the winter major. Just because of one split you shouldn’t be kicked.
They didnt like being criticized? What. That's a coaches job. Name one successful sporting coach that didn't occasionally have to shout at his players at HT.
@@AwesomeNuke I watched an ep of Rizzo's podcast about it, and the guys were saying that Roll got a phone call on stream shortly after he put up the vid, then the video disappeared. @@poseurlol Again, there's no legal threat possible. He didn't say anything that would make him liable. The much, much more plausible scenario is, Rolldizz wants a chance at a future job on the RL scene, so he took it down himself..
We can all agree that this esport is ran by a bunch of 15-16 year olds and this why thimgs like this are happening. These kids are making more money than the majority of the people around them so why would they care to get better or do anything to win if theres no consequences? Theyll just join another team, keep collecting checks and not care about how they perform. A coach shouldnt just be an instructor for the kids but should be able to have a say on who he wants on them team and who he thinks is under perfoming. Its absolutely insane that these children have this much power and money and we are just throwing it at them
This is why I actually don't fault Mist too much. He's been on low hours his entire career and teams keep signing him, so why would he change? After a while it's up to these orgs to realize some of these players don't care about the game and stop signing them just because they're good now. Mist has gotten by on natural talent for years but hours will always catch up to players eventually. The mechanics of this game simply evolve too fast for the players who aren't grinding to keep up.
MJ reference isn't apt bc MJ always expected his tms and people around him to give as much effort or more than he would. If you didn't he'd shame you and tell you to go home.
@@apoplectic2450 If he has depression then its best for him to take the break rather than making it worse on himself. Also Nobody turned this into Eu vs Na apart from you when i never even mentioned EU there.
I wish this wasn't deleated, but a coach can only do so much for the team. If the players want to win they need to play the game and build up more hours, you see other pros playing the game constantly in high level ranked to get better slowly. If the players burn out it is their job to tell the coach or managment to see if they can get a replacement. Now what the coach should do is to try and not be friends with the players while working, as a coach you need to say it how it is and motivate them, Ferra does a really good job at this (although you can't hear them you can see the switch in attitude in the players of VIT). If the coach makes a bad enviroment then the players will suffer but the coach will only make that the enviroment if the players does not play or listen to the coach. For crying out loud, the reason that you have a coach is because the players need guidance.
Yelling and being negative to a team giving you their all is not the way to go about it. But if your team is not taking it serious and not trying, then drill Sargeant it is until they just get fed up and either try the hardest they ever have or they quit.
Psyonix should raise the age requirement to 18. Even 16 would be better since you can leave school in some countries. We can't have 15 year olds earning 10k a month who have never had a real job.
I agree with the challenger league but i feel like once rl gets a bit bigger, the challenger league is the big teams academies for upcoming prospects or for teams that havent made a huge push in the regular rlcs season. I do think they should be able to poach players from other academies but having this sort of thing would allow for bubble players to come up and be successful like they have been doing in EU for a while
i don’t think it’s the players so much but EUs orgs are so much better than NA. they actually instill the idea that this gaming thing is a real job and real work ethic required with people around them to keep them in check. unlike certain orgs like faze who just let a 17 year old kid with terrible leadership qualities run a multimillion dollar brand
If FK decides what roster he wants to have. He better be the leader then. He can't choose if he can't lead or he have to choose a leader not players that are weak. This applies to everyone who have as we call it in swedish "winners head" or "thick forehead"
Always had a problem with FK, his attitude and the stuff weve seen happen is a perfect example why. Fk, Ayyjayy and Allu was the BEST faze team there was or will be. But that only because of Allu and Ayyjayy. Selfishness is way lose everything around you

at first i was like this isn't bad why would he get backlashed but then he started naming ppl and i was like oh shit lmfao. great video though no matter how ppl take it, it's good to know what goes on as a coach for ppl looking to fill that position.
This is wild. These are professional players that still don’t understand what that word means. You have to put time in and be willing to be coached.
wait tf he wanted to keep ayyjayy over mist but in a faze documentary he said one of the reasons ayyjayy was kicked was cause he was 3 mins late for practice in worlds???? And he was pissed about that
He was also on a contract so he couldn't talk shit about the organization or the players or anything like that
This man violaited fk dad im ded
Exactly
@@Firstkillerdad69😰😰🫣🫣
the point with sypical does not surprise me ... he has never looked like he wants to play the game since he joined faze ... even when they were good at the start of the year
There is an easy fix which would help out NA in general when it comes to EU. Significantly lower the contract amounts of the players and the contract should hold incentives based on placements and LAN qualifications. Therefore the players will be motivated to earn more by winning and the teams that perform the best and place higher at majors will have the players who earn more.
its prob chrome whos going to replace him but idk if that will go too well
He couldn't help players that actually did want to win so not too sure about that
bro I think this roster is uncoachble plus this roster gone after worlds
@@Snapey81 yeah I agree, if a player has such influence and is able to disrespect his coach, its a real red flag
Thanks for the reupload man you're a legend
oh damn i didnt even know it got taken down until i saw this vid lmfao
Same here
honestly i dont even want faze to win worlds now not that they would anyways lmao
Nooo way he took down this video... I just watched it that's crazy. Honestly I felt like he was spitting facts about FaZe. If he truly doesn't care about ppl's reactions to him and just wants to tell it like it is, he should've kept the video up.
It clearly wasn't his decision
either legally has to take it down or for him to get on another team I feel
@@beantreatsFaze does not have the power to take down any video they want

I think if fk teamed up with Daniel and Beastmode he wouldn’t feel as superior. Those 2 finna make him feel like an old man if he slacks. probably why he’s always surrounding himself with mid to decent players and getting rid of top tier players like Ayyjayy. He wants the lime light.
LOL
6 months later, all players (even Syp) are hire-able and this mans just threw his whole caster and coaching career over a hot 15 mins of fame
It sounds like all three Faze members can retire at any moment given how little they care to play the game and stay at the top level.
FK is always grinding the game.
Syp and Mist, sure. But you're wrong about FK. He's clearly not the best teammate (largely due to his father) but FK grinds the game like crazy.
It’s a hobby to pros in NA not a job…
Syp was GC2 div 2. That's wild..

I can't believe how bad NA mentality is... Those dudes are teenagers making absurd amounts of money just by being on the team and you have to promise them a bunch more money just for them to actually play the game ??? It's like telling a 12yo kid you're gonna buy him the video game he wants if he does his homework lmao
No surprise why NA is so bad, EU has almost everybody grinding & putting 80-100h past 2 bc they actually want to perform and win, that's why were gonna crush NA again at worlds eheh
Bro got "LCT'D" 😭
Fk will never win a championship with this attitude
I feel bad for him, also what a lucky team that will pick him as a coach

He'd be lucky if he gets to coach a top team again. He basically gave up on his team. That's not the qualities of a good coach.

Man seein him respect ayyjayy for the grind, bro didnt deserved to be kick for a few bad performances. Whole situation absurd tho play tf game
I literally just watched this must have been just before he deleted it cause it was like just around a hour ago
Thank you! I knew someone downloaded it, I was legit like 5 minutes too late from him privating it.
thank you for posting this 🙏🏾
9:30 At first I wondered why AyyJayy got kicked.
Insane.
Literally you could see this coming from the jump. (When he kicked Kronovi) FK was not going to be a good teammate.
Is this related to why the crowd during worlds was booing faze the whole time?
Dizz is the reason why faze is here why they performed in the world championship beating the club and falcons and V1 nearly winning the winter major. Just because of one split you shouldn’t be kicked.
LMAO HE DELETED IT ALREADY?
OpTic, you know what to do
motivation is everything
They didnt like being criticized? What. That's a coaches job. Name one successful sporting coach that didn't occasionally have to shout at his players at HT.

Thank you for doing this
We can all agree that this esport is ran by a bunch of 15-16 year olds and this why thimgs like this are happening. Its absolutely insane that these children have this much power and money and we are just throwing it at them
and thats why eu is in a much better state , even kids who are young will be paired with older players so they wouldnt go off limit
Roll Dizz is real one for this 👏👏
No wonder NA is in shambles when some of their best players have become complacent & cheque collectors.
syp literally has depression, sociopath. why do you gotta turn this into eu vs na
Faze needs to change their roster give someone else a chance at glory
What game is was he coaching a team for? I don't follow FaZe so i have never heard of him
Yelling and being negative to a team giving you their all is not the way to go about it.
How could you be sharing private discussions with one of your players though. How can players trust you in the future.
I agree with the challenger league but i feel like once rl gets a bit bigger, the challenger league is the big teams academies for upcoming prospects or for teams that havent made a huge push in the regular rlcs season. I do think they should be able to poach players from other academies but having this sort of thing would allow for bubble players to come up and be successful like they have been doing in EU for a while
Legend for the re up
Seems a little too coincidental that this happens right after he loses a 1V1 to Coconut. 😂
This video isn't as bad as I thought it would be. He definitely crossed a couple lines but it was mostly fair criticism imo
The difference between NA and EU is that EUs top players ACTUALLY WANT TO PLAY THE GAME
i dont think they want to, but its necessary to, and they recognize that
i don’t think it’s the players so much but EUs orgs are so much better than NA. they actually instill the idea that this gaming thing is a real job and real work ethic required with people around them to keep them in check. unlike certain orgs like faze who just let a 17 year old kid with terrible leadership qualities run a multimillion dollar brand
@@benjames7932 I think NA players just need to grind and stop complaining about how bad ranked is. Just grind and don’t stop
People keep saying Firstkiller is great and he just keeps underachieving and blowing through teammates.
If FK decides what roster he wants to have. He better be the leader then. He can't choose if he can't lead or he have to choose a leader not players that are weak. This applies to everyone who have as we call it in swedish "winners head" or "thick forehead"
