Best episode ever guys well done. love the hour long ones. I have been asking u guys fo a while ti make them longer. Awesome builds keep up the good work and longer content.
You guys should take the little hex cutouts and add some keychain holes then send them in random orders! Also, always appreciate you guys adding bonus doggo content!
Yeah. Plus paint & stamp them with GHP. Then sell them for $5 or more? A hex coin for a raffle ticket! 😋 (course it will be more than $5 worth of work per coin) 😉
These longer videos are great guys, keep em up! I really appreciate the additional attention given to the technical aspects of the build and encourage the time lapse jig work you guys do to highlight them. The GoPro and drone interlaced shots are really creative touches, even the beats flowed nicely throughout. Great content to learn from and feel encouraged creatively by fellas! 👌
Long videos are what we wanna see! There is nothing else to watch these days that is new and unseen! Keep up the great works guys! Hopefully to come wheel with you when our KiDz buggy is done!
A suggestion when you sleeve and extend the next set of axles - cut a fish mouth in the sleeve. When we used to cut and lengthen axles for the Baja SAE races, they always broke at the weld just like yours did. We had far less failures after we changed the how we welded them. The fish mouth will spread the heat affected zone out and not create as much of a stress riser there.
The amount of time, effort and energy that you put into these builds is amazing. The camera work and editing production are TV quality! My OCD thoroughly approves! Once again I state: You guys NEVER disappoint! As Always, May God Bless you and yours!
I do some really cool builds. But the fab work and time that these guys put into these builds is insane. I mean they almost double to triple the hours on a project. And it’s well worth it every single time.
This video was amazing! It had everything. Long-travel suspension, new tires and wheels, Ethan’s OCD fueled obsession, insane send, you guys rock. I love your fab/build videos the most and this was great 👏
Guys , you are definitely going to be hitting two million subscribers rapidly!!!! This is going to go viral for sure!!!! The Barbie camper is now officially my favourite, the trailer and jetboat are going to knock this out of the park!!!! Your a bloody genius!!!! I don't know what else to say... The most beautiful amazing epic video. Congratulations on the most amazing thing I have seen being built on utube, HANDS DOWN . Bloody genius. WOW!!!!!!!!!!
Long videos are top 👍 one thing… I wouldn’t cool hot metal down in water as then it becomes brittle, secondly if you put the drive shafts in the oven for a few hours after welding it will re temper the steel so it’s slightly flexible instead of snapping ie on the drive shafts.
Would you ever consider making a 6x6 power wheels? Like a mini Ranger. You can put it on the back of the big ranger. Kinda like me and my mini me. Love all the work you guys have put into all your builds. Keep up the amazing videos guys.
@@fenderflapper1551 it’s near impossible to find a solid rear, I’ve been looking everywhere. If you know please let me know, and if you know about a solid front I really want one too
would love to see you update the barbie jeep with all the knowledge and manufacturering capabilities you have gathered over the years. 2wd with tomuch power is always a win 🏆 🚀
It's pretty awesome to have a water bed for plasma cutter. Even a little bit of water underneath decreases smoke by A LOT and if water is quite close to the sheet of metal you're cutting, then it doesn't get warped and also you get cool metal sheet right after cutting. Recommend.
Out of interest does the water bed (steam), give problems of corrosion?, I have a hand held cutter and I am just curious as a cutting table could sometimes be useful.
Not really. Steel will corrode the same way as you would splash it with water. If you want zero corrosion from your water bed, then add a tiny bit of Sodium Nitrite powder to your water. About 1.53g of Sodium Nitrite (NOT Nitrate) per gallon of tap water.@@CrusaderSports250
I have been watching since i think the first or second power wheels you built and the way you guys constantly out do yourselves is just unreal. This build is absolutely insane. I am really glad to see a roll cage on this one! I dream of giving one of these a rip. Awesome long video too, perfectly edited as usual.
You guys never fail to just blow my mind. Everything about this channel is so quality. The A/V work, the builds, the camaraderie, just everything. Loved the long format video, hope to see more in the future!
I've heard to stay off the throttle on landings. On throttle, you hit a high if not max wheel speed, the momentum of the drivetrain versus the wheel stopping suddenly when landing causes a spike in torque and your axle will lose. Nice build, keep the fun going.
Damn, an hour long video! 😍 Hats off to you lads fully respect that and look forward to watching it. After the last couple videos being quite short, this definitely makes up for it. 💯🤟🏻🔥
I'll say it over and over. I'm a union metal worker journeyman or master whatever basically I am a metal working machine with alot of education and you blow me away with your builds. Thank you. From one master of a trade to another keep on trucking
I respect you guys so much, one you have the dream job of many people like me, you're making good money, and that you guys are actually doing something for videos, every video you guys are hands on working and enjoying every minute of it, lots of love
Daaaamn thar thing is crazy. I'm calling Ethan as the king of the kart/kart-ish related builds. Everything about this is insane. You can even see how soft it is. Especially the first person view over the jumps. It literally doesn't move.
I feel like this is quite possibly your best video yet! I really like the long videos showing what went into each part of the long travel and how it was bent and designed and modified for shock clearance. Great video!!
Hearing that classic tune at 48:59 brought a smile to my face. I love your guys content and always have for the last couple years. Keep it up. Stay true to yourselves guys. Edit: The last FEW years. I can't believe it's been pretty much 4 years for you guys here, time flies.
The motion time lapse footage is really cool.... your attention to detail and ingenuity are perplHEXing! What a ripper....Ken is definitely jealous of Barbie's new ride!
Your builds keep improving and the content keeps getting more intriguing. I've looked forward to seeing each video you guys bring out for years and enjoy every min of them. Also wanted to drop in that small wheelie wheels mounted in the back would probably be so much fun to allow you to be able to 12'O'clock that beast as much as you want
Looks like the steering has kind of opposite Ackerman, is this noticeable while ripping hard through a corner? Does it feel like it ploughs at all? Could it be reduced in severity?
Great idea. Hadn't gone that far. My kids were happy when they had those big wheeled stand up push scooters. And then I stuck a weed eater on it. And they were tickled. But I do have a CR500 dirt bike with an extended swing arm and I have or I'm currently building it with a CBR 600RR on it. It's only meant to go straight and up a mountain. Not done yet.
I have to say, not only do you guys build some of the most amazing machines around, but the production quality of your videos are unsurpassed. Keep it up, you guys allow a disabled guy to live vicariously with a big smile every time I watch your vids.
OK, Colonel Senders is my favorite build, but my goodness, this video might change my mind! 😄 Had a smile on my face the whole time during the send session, that thing works mint!
Love the ingenuity/engineering that you're able to come up with, you sir are really a genius in your own way. I love all your projects, the Tree house is incredible and all your other great stuff! Everything looks amazing! 👌
YOU ARE TRULY A GIFTED INVENTOR! WELDER! COMEDIAN! and DRIVER! The man filming has been with you thru thick and thin. I hope you enjoy this comment and I hope this baby doesn't feel too top heavy after so much work. Very cool adjustable shock mounts and custom upper and lower A-arms! Wow. Just incredible. I run a TRX450ER and it just got Alba +2 MX Aarms with the antivibration mounts and +1 Alba steering stem. Hoping you enjoy your build as much as I do mine. PEACE OUT GRINDHARD PLUMBING CO.
Another legendary build from GHPC!!! That is the manliest pink Barbie vehicle of all time! Seriously, guys, that thing kicks some serious butt now. Amazing build!

That was epic standing the Barbie camper up on its tail end in a wheelie. This is one of the best episodes I have seen in a long time it's really up there all you episodes are good great but good great but this 1 was just exceptional have an excellent weekend
I like a lot of car related petrol head type UA-cam channels.... but grind hard, I have to say you are next level. No crazy deadlines, just a few guys out there building stuff to enjoy just for the heck of it. By far my favourite content on UA-cam!
You should put small fillets on any sharp edge aka (all the hexagons) any sharp edge creates a stress riser and will lead to cracks. My engineering OCD coming out. But killer job using fusion 360 the CAM software is so good.
Ethan, how about utilising the hexagons for a something? You could stamp them with the Grind Hard logo on one side and '1 Lightness Token' on the other. If you want to go the extra effort you could set up a ghetto plating rig and make them proper fancy. Somebody below suggested key rings, which would also be a cool use for Lightness Tokens.
The hexagons look great! One suggestion would be to round the inside corner radius of them in the future. The rounder the edge the less prone to cracking under stress!
you guys are killing it. if this sounds familiar, it’s because I’ve commented that countless times over the years. I remember when GHPC became your careers…now it’s a Monster & eating up rally tracks. enjoy your summer, boys. I look forward to viewing the next GHPC Roadtrip/Adventure content
Love long travel suspension. Learnt my lesson about computer vs real life, mocked it all up as i designed it and quickly found out it cambered the wheels to much (As i hadn't taken into account the tread size on the tyre) managed to move the shock top mount to adjust it but then it got body roll :( - so i sold it Keep having fun and you guys have def turned this into a thing now
I made a powdercoat oven from an old 8ft table and a Craig'slist oven. Then found a decent powder gun and now all my projects look oem. It was about 1000$ all said and done but it's worth not having all the paint variables and OCD.
OK so definitely have a new sub w me after watching this pink bomber , and the fact that you guys do the building instead of paying to get the work done is a big ➕ .. This build looked like a blast!!!
Sorry if y’all already have a video on it, but where do y’all get your cvj’s/plunge cvj’s from? The supplier I’ve used has their recommended angles waaayyy smaller than what y’all are running. Would love any insight if possible
Have you guys considered getting a 3d printer? Autodesk software has a toolkit for generating internal structures using ai to reduce weight and material cost, with the results looking pretty insane. Cheap 3d printers can also be used to print steel and other metals nowdays too
I would like to you build a FUNCO type buggy that is all-terrain. But you'd need a full size shop for that. With large tube benders. I think you have the talent to do it.
You should bring all the little hex’s to a melter and make a huge one. And one question is do you have problems with the plasma cutter welding the pieces to the table
Again i cant say it enough, the levels of creativity is insane! The honeycomb design for the upper and lower control arms looks super sharp. Keep em comin guys! 😎👍
I love all your builds and content in general but the Barbie Dream Camper is, for me, your best build by far. Looks super smooth and so much travel to ride and it RIPS! Also, it just looks amazing :) New tires and rims are great but I was thinking maybe matching hot pink lug nut covers??
The biggest difference between what we do designing and building aircraft is we don't immediately go full send out the garage/hangar after fabricating then fitting experimental parts - then again we can't just pull over - also we go with circles rather than hexagons, I love how even your axle's were hexagonal stock - I had a feeling they would break though
We are giving away an ArcDroid CHC plasma robot and a plasma cutter here www.grindhardplumbingco.com/
It was great. I really enjoyed this video.
Well done to ethan and all the team for all their hard work!
