First of all that's not really the case no. Mihoyo reuses their ideas yes but they also reinvent them too. GGZ and HI3 for example have a shit ton of similarities but the writing for both leads to them being vastly different stories nonetheless particularly where it concerns the main leads. Second, you should also realize that people reusing ideas is not that uncommon. Tons of writers have done it intentionally or not, either through their own ideas or the ideas of others. It's learning how to put a different spin on it that matters at the end of the day. In Mihoyo's case in particular they actually have a reason for it too since each game is meant to be a parallel world in the vast Honkaiverse they're creating. Third, do remember that Amphoreus quite literally hasn't even come out yet. At the very least reserve your judgement until then.
