I was in Germany during the 80's and loved it. I was stationed in Frankfort before it deactivated, good times. I enjoyed it so much i extended another year to stay there.
Hey boo I see you 2019 you dropping them videos lol you are one of my favorites FYI and we both from Brooklyn ( Brownsville) truly wish you all the best on your journey remember keep god first
Pros: Beautiful women Traveling Autobahn Clubs close at 5-6am Cons: Transformers/Outlets There isn’t a WalMart and ChickFilA Amazon may not ship to Germany or the shipping will cost $$$ Euros McDonalds and candy taste different Cost $$$$ for flights back home for leave That’s off the top of my head lol
I’m sorry you havent enjoyed Germany. I was stationed in Ansbach from 85 to 88 and it was the best time of my life. I traveled a lot. Of course that was before cell phones and we had 6 people to a room-no individual bathrooms so things have really changed. Best wishes!
Great video. If you wanted to add anything you could mention the autobahn, how narrow the roads are, taking the ice train, the lack of personal space 😒, and the options for females as far as hair salons, nail shops etc 💕
There is a bomb ass steakhouse right of base in baumholder you should try. If you go to the welcome to baumholder in processing thing they will take you guys there usually on the last day.
I should be at Smith Barracks on the 28th December 2020. I saw a video earlier that three soldiers could share common places in one spacious room. No privacy at all. Is that the situation for unmarried soldiers at Smith Barracks, Baumholder, Germany?
Damn we been in Germany for a year already lol. But fr Germany sound stressful. Im dead lmao you said "aint nobody gone want you". LMAO BRO YOU JUST GOT SO NEWYORK ABOUT YOUR LIPS.
Glad I came across this video. Im not in the military but im a contractor and im lookin at some jobs out there and in Wiesbaden. I know I wanna go to Wiesbaden but theres some good jobs at Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels too.
The euro & the USD is valued differently and the first big mistake you're making it's using your card instead of just stop use your card and just use euro note
Another thing about drinking is that yes you can drink at 16 in Germany but, as a US citizen going onto US territory (your base) it doesn't matter. So if you are under 21 and you blow even the lowest BAC on or coming onto base they will consider you as a DWI and a underage drinker. Both of which will be big trouble. So be careful.
This is great. I was stationed in Texas so wondered what it would be like to be stationed in Germany. Dang it sounds expensive to live there. I went to Reforger exercises in Germany but was Always in the field. The beer tents were fun.
Ohhhh girl that year flew by. I'll be somewhat near baumholder in about 4.5-5 months 2nd PCS. I'll be working in the hospital as a 68C...I thought it would be cheaper in Europe smh. I'm married and bet that won't help financially. Thank you for this sis.
I would love the red wig. I’m having a personality photoshoot for my senior page in the yearbook. I’m switching up 3 times and I think this likkle bob would be perf. GL ladies🤝
When you get stationed anywhere overseas, get out and off base and explore the country. I know many guys who never leave base except for FTX. They are intimidated and afraid.
Damn..when i first got stationed in Germany they still had Marks..our dollar was worth double..if you bought a CD for 20 marks..it only cost you 10 dollars. Right before i left it changed to Euro and was immediately worth a few cents more on the dollar
You are hilarious. I have juice drippin out my nose from laughing at you while I was drinking. My son leaves for Germany in October. I hope he has a good time out there. It sounds like fun...but you are a piece of work. Straight hilarious. Thank you for gettin me hip to whats out there. I just sent him your link. He's at Fort Hood.
I Jasmine love your vlogs, been watching you for years, I am not in the military but love to travel, where can I visit in Germany and sightsee, l like how folks come to NY to see 34th street 42nd street, the tree, museums stuff like that but also close to the airport. Thanks keep vlogging.
This is the first video I watched from you and omg your so hilarious 😂 Especially that part about girls in bar lol Yes German are mostly shy or cold if they don’t know you, so going to a bar is not to dance but to talk to their friends 😉
I’m retired. I’m single. I’m coming there for a job. I was last stationed in Wuerzburg Germany 1998-2001). I don’t care about traveling and all that other stuff. All Im interested in is watching Sports. Do they have a lot of sports channels? Thank you in advance Ma’am.
Get you some VAT Forms! It saved us a lot!!! I miss Germany!! USAA didn’t charge us to use our my card! Yes traveling was bomb!!! My husband was stationed in Ramstine. Try Ryran Air too
@@ArmyBarbie I dont think they will change I am going to be part of the 66th mi bde because of my mos and yes I am single and have heard different things about the barracks?
John Ruiz the space is one thing but it’s like really dirty. You gon have to deep clean reallllllyyy good ! I slept in those barracks a couple times. They even have SSG’s in there. Smh
Wow while saying you don't complain as much anymore this is still a lot of complaining. First: I don't get why you complain so much about jetlag, while you must have experienced sleep deprivation a several times during bootcamp. I could sleep sometimes in 5 minutes when we had to wait. Second: You know it is funny complaining about how expensive Germany is while waving one of the most expensive phones to the camera the whole video? 3 Things about prices in Germany: 1. If you go to a Nike store and the sticker price tells you the pair of shoe costs 179€, the tax of 19% is already included. 179$ sticker price in the US would be 191,15$ at the cashier. 2. Consumer Products like shoes and phones are always matched to the average income of a country. 3. Food, especially produce is a lot cheaper and better quality than in the US. As someone already mentioned in the comments: If you don't like to pay the fees, just open a German bank account and that's it.
What you said about your friend needs to be reported. If she won't then its your job to do so... ms NCO. Part of your duty title and responsibility is to report and help those in situations like that
@@ArmyBarbie just being funny by saying ms. NCO. Hear me out. Yes, she may not be within your platoon or coworker but as an NCO you are entitled and empowered to help those beneath you(in rank) Suppose to take care of soldiers, higher ranking or lower. Be the change in the army and fix the toxic work environment/leadership that the army is notorious for lol. Part of that NCO pay is to mentor and help others and not only just being a soldier and simply meeting mission.
It’s not her job to report something she didn’t witness. She could make the situation worse for the baby soldier. Especially when she’s not even in the same unit. Military policy and military stigma are two different things. I spent 1 month there training. I HATED IT.
When I PCS’d to Germany from Fort Campbell I did not like it. I was stationed in Wiesbaden & you’re right German women love black men lol. & it seems like they don’t even care if they’re married or single. But love ur videos !!

Nadeshda N it’s been a while for me lol
You have to pay for the flight back home? Wtf is that shit.
