Keep in mind, the Five stars are based on my needs for this item ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS When I first bought the bike I was going to return it immediately. After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.
AMAZING video! Since Hack Squats are my fav. quad exercise from the first time I did them along with Front Squats! I really like to see a video about Smithmachine Squats in the future Dorian!
Eric has some great mobility work you can do before performing any squatting movements. I will see if we can get a video up on his IG on here on UA-cam
Hack squat with just socks on? Zero drop perhaps? I have been using Nike Metcon 9. They are almost like an Olympic lifting shoe. I get a lot of knee pain. Thanks in advance
My patellar tendon feels like it’s about to rupture from time to time… on back squats jts especially bad. Is this something I need to just steer clear from or is there something I could do differently to overcome this terrible feeling/injury
Do hack squats, trust me your legs and back will thank you . Save your body from the damage of back squats . Keep the ego aside n switch to hack squats
@@ronaknanda6175 bro I did and honestly it got worse. I just do regular squats and as long as it’s slow and controlled it doesn’t happen at all anymore
@@ericseifert6107 Huge difference. Labrum tear in hip is greatly alleviated with this. Also, this method translates perfectly with leg press as well... now just need to figure out how to squat without pain 😁
Super excited to have the opportunity to share this info. Thx to Dorian and Quinton for all their work.

More of this stuff would be awesome, seriously super helpful stuff.
This coach is a G... Understands the nuance with wisdom
My knees always hurt after doing these. I may try them again after watching this. Light weight.

try using toe spacers to spread your toes it really helps! Correct toes is the brand to get💯
I'd like to see more around hamstrings, whether it's hamstring curl variations or like an RDL
Coming soon!!! Stay tuned
@@dorianhamilton1920 hey Dorian, can we do a reverse variation on this with facing the other side
Safety bar squat would be good to see! Also certain chest movements would be nice to see what he says!
I feel like the first guy got mad he was pulling on his pants. 😝😅
I got that feeling too lmao
The narrow toe box shoes don't help knee pain

Eric is the man for sure!
You explained nothing.
Right? I didn’t learn anything because nothing was explained.

Hack squat or belt squat (rhino, squat max md) for people with buldging disk and a knee with some arthritis??
Is it ok to use squat shoes?
Sure. Changes some ankle motion and gives you tons of support. Depending on goal. No worries.
Would the technique work for wall squats?
Yes boss.

Knee AND hip pain for me
I think you will get some good tips here for your next leg day. Pay attention to foot / knee / hip alignment
@Dorian Hamilton Thanks! It helped alleviate most of my hip pain. Also zero knee pain. The "ice skate" analogy is what made this helpful. 👍
@@joevallandingham2605 way to go!! How amazing is that to hear!! 🤗👍🦾
