I don't think Pochettino is a top notch manager, and leaving it till the last 5 matches of the season where in total our opponents hit the post/bar up to 9 times - due to luck- is enough justification to get rid of him. My opinion
Pochettino was not sacked, he left on personal volition because his views differ from the club's ideology. There's no alignment of ambitions. I honestly think they should have complied with him for productive continuity. A new manager will come in and it's back to status quo. Pochettino should have been persuaded to stay. The players love him.
That was the same mistake they made on potter thinking he was the key behind Brighton pattern , Chelsea need an experienced coach not a young coach my opinion as a United fan.
The transfer market is the problem
The structure of the team and module is the disagreement. Poch wants a say in player recruitments and sales. Pochettino wants Gallagher and Chaloba to stay but owners want to sell. So the owners want a Coch that will accept and work with the recruitment given to him.
