1:45 is probably a not-too-subtle warning that the quasi-permanent trailer setup is owned by the local Highway PD officer - the one whose brother is the city prosecutor and whose father-in-law is the town judge. So mess with this particular squatter-on-the-lake campsite at your peril. There's no entitlement like the local entitlement of rural cops in "their" town.
If it’s not a weekend there will not be a lot of people there. If it is a weekend it’s a party for sure!

It’s Kansas and not anywhere near the interstate so probably is used mostly by local people.
