That Dresser Came out Gorgeous....Hey I'm a firm believer that ALL furniture will Tell you clearly What they want done to them 😂 And this Came out Soooo beautiful ...the wood on top and feet totally Make that green stunning...well done Y'all!!! 🥰👍❣️
I love the way this turned out. The hardware looks amazing with the stain and paint colors you chose. Some pieces just need to be painted. I’m glad you’ve refurbished and restyled this dresser. Instead of ending up in a landfill, it can continue its life as useful and attractive furniture for another 70 years.🌸
This video revealed dealing with an issue that most flippers are reluctant to reveal as it feels like a failure - sanding through veneer. I thank you very much for dealing with issue so frankly and so effectively. The results were absolutely lovely. And I love that you modified the base into something more sleek and modern. Great redo!! Love it!!
I like the way you trimmed the base, eliminating the curves on the base created a timeless appeal. The white stained top is fresh and current. The choice of this exact shade of green paint makes the hardware sparkle. This piece is now better than new. I doubt it will remain available for long.
Really nice! Love the way you did the top and legs with the olive. Also, really enjoy it when you and your wife are bantering back and forth. You guys are cute together!
A beautiful transformation! I think somebody painted it first and damaged the veneer but you overcame and now a solid piece has a new life ahead. Lovely. 👍😊
Plan B turned out just wonderfully! I'm fond of saying that sometimes we don't just need a Plan B, we need a plan for every letter of the alphabet! ;-P
Mmm, queso 🤣 You two are the best, love how you work together! That green is perfect for spring and the top is lightened up just right. Love it! I have a pickling white in the closet you're inspiring me to try.
Turned out amazing! I've done that a few times and boy does it suck! I hate when I blow through the veneer. It just turns your whole train of thought in another direction. Nice save! I love that color too. I've used it several times.
Looks good. Because of the blow through, you’re only options were to re-veneer over or paint. I’m guessing based on cost you opted out of re-veneering. The only thing I would have done differently, and this is based solely on my personal taste, is use brushed nickel or stainless hardware versus gold. But other than that, I love the style of hardware. Overall it’s a nice piece.
You two are a hoot. I'm gonna buy you a couple ☕ ☕ ❤ So when I used Howard's feed and wax on my dresser from the 1950's, it warped either the base or the drawers and now they don't fit properly anymore 🤔 Did you ever experience that?
Y'all did a beautiful job! I like your color combos. That shade of green that you used has been named by Sherwin Williams as the color for spring. Oh, each company calls it something different, but it is the same color. So, you ought not have a difficult time selling it. One lady sold her piece in 30 minutes! Good luck! 🙂👍☘️
When we are painting, we use Zibra brushes and they work very well for us. When we are applying a stain, we are going to wipe back with a cloth, so we use our cheaper brushes since it's only to get the stain on the surface, and not to provide a final finish.
Some times things just can not be restored. Okayso you made it beautiful! lol
Yes! Thank you!
From South Carolina...Plan B is fresh and modern. Great job as always. Enjoy your cooperation and companionship.
Thank you!

Thanks Mary Kay! We like to show the good and the unexpected!😊
Thank you for showing you can "improvise and overcome." For we newbies, it's good to know there are multiple ways to get a piece to look amazing!!
Glad it was helpful! Thanks Maureen!
The color is beautiful! The stain color complements everything. Nice job!

It looks lovely, fresh and modern.
Thanks Nailah!
Super plan B. You should try painting 1/2 of the dove tails the same color as the drawer. I think Mayfield Restorations did that in one of his vids.
Thanks for the tip!
GREAT WORK...NICE RESULTS!!!
Thank you! Cheers!
Awesome work. Thank you for taking the time to explain how to use the hardware jig and the measuring.
Glad it was helpful! Thanks!
You 2 did a great job. So the restore wasn't in the cards for this piece. You adapted and it turned out lovely.
Thank you so much Vickie!

All i use is Dixie Belle Silk. It is an amazing paint. Goes on like butter! Love your channel!
We like Dixie Belle Sillk too! Thanks Edythe!
Very nice. Everyone is trimming out the apron and legs but in this case the curve matched the drawers and top.
Thanks Jill!
@@FurnitureWarriors I forgot to say that I really appreciate you fixing the drawer guide. So many flippers don’t.
Very nice 💚
Thanks 😊

Thanks Lisette! It is a bummer when that happens, but there's always a solution!
Nice job!
Thanks!
I sanded through veneer and had to paint and it looks better.
Hate it when that happens!😀 Thanks Lee!

Howard Feed and Wax shouldn't warp anything.....never had that happen. Thanks!
