Hi Phill , Don't know much about this plant New Zealand Flax, I seems to be a strong hardy plant that can take a lot of stick. And can be split quite easy and re potted.

Hi Shaun, yes it is quite hardy in the UK. Sometimes the leaves can die back if its a really cold winter although usually its fine. Mine flowers every year too. I bought mine from Wilko as a tiny plant for 50p reduced years ago. Now it's huge!
