Just Wow!! I would ask for soft close cabinetry, and a glass door for the shower in the master bath, and no wire racks....but for the most part, just beautiful!!!

I love your videos but it takes you way too long to tour.
That place is huge and nice but I can't believe it doesn't have a fire place or a larger pantry.
Those would have been nice additions but honestly you can find very affordable plug in options for the fireplaces or wall mounted.
I actually appreciate the longer, thin pantry for my canning supplies & canned goods to be all together.

Wow amazing was not expecting you say this house was under $500k starting. When I get my finances in order I want house similar to this for either Fayetteville NC, or Atlanta Georgia location. Only thing I'd change is taking out one of those closests in the bathroom so I can expand size of the tub and have a walk-in tile shower. The bonus room attached to the master would also be a walk-in closet for me too.
I would make the front door a double door.
Love that home, I like the design of everything in it except for one the dining room, I would remove that carpet. I never like carpet in area where you eat and drink at. Thanks for the great tour, you did a wonderful job! :)
I would love hardwood everywhere. I’m not a fan of wall too wall. Only, exception are area rugs.

I’m so happy to see a bonus room off the master bedroom and such good feedback about it! I’ve designed something similar in a floor plan and wasn’t sure if it was odd and useless... now I feel a little better about it!
I love the Magnolia Manor furniture. We have a few pieces and its all beautiful. Gorgeous home.
I would make that bonus room into my prayer room. The space I use to meditate in the Lord or do spirituality battles. Lol
That porch is what I am talking about! The office is my craft room! Love the windows! I need the masterbed downstairs. That would be formal living room without t.v. , but a classy wet bar set up.

This would be an awesome hope for a multi family .. So have your parents and you and your spouse and heck my brother and his gal all of us pool our money together this would be perfect it would be the only way to afford it. Lovely overall home for sure.
This in about 2500 sq ft would be plenty. This is gorgeous but it best come with a maid service lol
Nice, but for half a milly you can get a REAL HOME that won't blow away in a tornado or hurricane! That kitchen is WAY TOO SMALL for a home that big. The kitchen needs to be twice that size!!!
Really nice but floor vents are the worst! I would have to pay extra even just to have the central air/heat with ceiling vents.
The house is nice, but the presentation was sloppy because of the slamming of the kitchen drawers and cabinets
You need to be much, much smoother when panning the camera. It's nauseating. Speak less, as well. Let the house do the talking.
Love the size! Thanks for the tour! Daytrippin… I would take the bedroom on the main level especially if I could get a free standing deep soaker jacuzzi tub with a hand-held shower head. I do not like my clothes closet to be in the bathroom.
I love this house! What I love most of all is with Americas Home Place you can design the home to your liking. The wire racks can be changed, the shower and tub can also be an upgrade. I also love that you can get an additional 300 sq feet in an area of choice which would be great in the kitchen.
The only thing I don’t like, is the price. Mobile & modular homes should never cost that much.

I am very, very concerned. You're putting your image and likeness on Clayton mobile homes and when I went on the BBB website to check out customer reviews it's like our world turned upside down. OMG I never seen so many people this unhappy or have so many bad things to say about one company in my entire life and these are recent reviews. I'm astonished.
I can speak to this, ours is made cheap even though it looks nice.. it heats like a barn.. I will never recommend one!
Good point, but I can only share my experience and I had a good experience with Clayton homes. I also tour these homes because I love touring them, not because I work for the company or stand by the product. You have to do your own research

Beautiful layout and decorations. The kitchen cabinet drawers should have been soft close, the master bedroom shower should have a shower door, instead of just a curtain and I believe the outdoor space off of the master would be considered a balcony.
The upstairs in master bath shower looks cheap when it should have been tiled up to the ceiling!
Uhh, no’ mam they didn’t ball out the shower in the master bathroom 🤷🏽♀️ I’ve seen some walk in showers in Chance’s world homes that will make you slap yo’ daddy…well that’s disappointing and a soakers tub me 🛀 please. But I absolutely love that seating area in the masters and the walk out patio so romantic.

Nice house but those wire racks would have to go and you missed the one room downstairs that you said that you would get to before you went upstairs but I would also change some things around at what the little dining room here still be my living room and where the living room is that would be my dining room have a big family so I won't let a big table so that everyone can sit around the table and eat have a blessed day

This home just screams Georgia. Love it. I do wish the kitchen was more open ended meaning without the bar area. Lots of storage and flex rooms for a growing family. Love the brightness for natural lighting. A photographers dream.

A model home should have all the bells and whistles. One such should be no carpet on the first floor. That dining room , great room and stair carpeting is problematic. Another is soft close cabinets. The master should have a tiled shower. One more bell and whistle should be upgraded closet organization.

That is a Balcony not a Deck off from Upstairs Master Bedroom. ( My Aunt & Uncle had one at their house ) This is a Beautiful house it actually kind of reminds me of their house, I miss it. Nice Size rooms, plenty of room in all of them, I love it. Thanks for this tour, lovely job.

I agree with the quiet shut. Because it was VERY irritating how she would shut the cabinets/drawers. Sounded like they were being slammed shut.
That room behind the master bed room could be used as a nursery for people with a baby or expecting a baby.
A French door is simply a door that has windows the full length of the door. So yes, that is a "true" French door, just not double French doors.
The video is not focusing enough on the strutures designs and floor plan. The colors furnishings, however lovely, do not come with the home build.

The first room would be my sitting room, relaxation area and the bonus room would be my bedroom
The #1 bonus room makes a good nursery when the kids are little and then an art studio or workout room for me when they got bigger. The #2 bonus would be the media room/play room where all the kids would hang out.

The kitchen doors should be soft-closed. My current home was built by AHP. I am glad to see the upgraded plans. My experience could have been better with AHP out of Raleigh, NC. I had the Hill V with a finished bonus room. Many items still needed to be completed/installed, i.e., blower for fireplace, blocked window in the en suite, garage door opener, no pantry, garage door with windows, replace fluorescent light over the sink, and too many items to recount as it's been quite a while ago. The regional manager came out two times and vowed to have the work completed - it never happened. As I am ready to build my forever home, I wish I could say with confidence that I would consider AHP for my next project.
Hate that you had that experience. Hopefully, they did repair all of the items you mentioned.

Not a mobile home. Those can be moved off property fairly easy after set up. Make the loans different and in some states, very limited. This is a modular home. Built off sit and constructed the rest off way on sit. Will be put on foundation or basement and will not act like a mobile home in storms. Loans for this simular to built on site. Nice home and nice tour. Not too long as others stated. But would have been nice too see floor plan, know who built it or where you are and base cost or range. Can be less then built on site but changes to floor plan can be limited.
No, this is not a mobile home. Its a stick built home and it can be customized 👌🏽
