Ingredient List:
For the chilli garlic sauce: 1-2 Tbsp cooking oil/butter, 3 tbsp finely chopped garlic, ½ cup finely chopped onions, 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional), 1-2 Tbsp Sriracha or red chili sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup (optional), 2 tsp sugar (or sugar replacement), 2 Tbsp water.
1 cup each of green beans, carrots, cauliflower (and/or broccoli), 1 cup bell pepper/capsicum, 2-3 cups cabbage.
