For example, a board of directors hiring a new CEO; organizational succession planning. For cultures that use arranged marriages, the families who utilize "Thinking First" do so because they are a collective. Authoritarian leaders of organizations, or owners of sole proprietorships would use "Seeing First".
systematically breaking down decision making is alright to ponder on, however your decision will always be following the strategy from which it is spawned. Therefore if anything to deconstruct, let it be your tactics and strategy and follow through decisively. Let your decision carry itself out.
