Almighty God, we come to you today to honor this fallen police officer. We thank you for their service and their dedication to protecting us and keeping us safe. We thank you for the courage they showed in their service to our country, and for the strength and honor they brought to their role. We are so grateful for their sacrifice and for their commitment.
We ask that you keep their family and friends in your loving embrace, and that you heal their broken hearts and give them peace in this difficult time. Guide them in their grief and help them to find comfort in your presence. May they feel your love and compassion and be encouraged knowing that their loved one's legacy will never be forgotten.
We also pray that you will always remember this fallen officer, and that their legacy of service and dedication be honored by all. As we remember them, may their courage and strength be an example of the service to which we all should aspire. Amen.
