St George @ Paphos. Not sure why they are hiding the location. The Hotel & Spa have game changed Cyprus. Lovely place but not the greatest beach, sadly. In comparison look at Aphrodite Hills too, but again no beach.
They keep quiet about it because everyone knows the St. George resort was built with Russian money, and since Ukraine, no-one wants it. Also, it’s only homes and a hotel - there’s no restaurants or attractions nearer than Coral Bay 10 miles away.
location is good, even building is ok, layout. and even price is fear market value, but interior design, wtf... old-school. You buy villa and start with full renovation!!! These floors, tails and red wood mix - it is incredible hard to make it, but completely unnecessary, only tiles 100%, and so on. Furniture in bedrooms - garbage. Cyprus stuck in 1970`...
