Really love this house. The U shape and big entrance parking area give room for the patio garden and tons of privacy, which makes it so cozy, I would even rather hang around there than in the backyard. The backyard needs higher hedges and trees for privacy, then it would be perfect as well!

The plot is nice but visible radiators throughout a 10M€ property? No floor heating? That's ridicolous, sorry!👎 The whole layout is kind of strange, much wasted space but small rooms (office, walk-in closet) on the other hand. Just a few reasons why it's hard to sell IMO.
We actually loved the layout, it has harmonious layouts and good separations. The radiators are also a good alternative to underfloor heating as they heat up faster 🙏😃
I was hoping you'd tour this property - you guys always deliver! Too bad the decor is boring and uninspiring. In addition, a villa of this size and price should have under floor heating, not wall mounted radiators. The indoor pool area is awesome!
Anyone can play the piano by showing their hands on the keys. But it requires a lot of skill and a long time of practice to play without having your hands on display.
The entrance leads the owner/guests to the kitchen (not a show kitchen, the real kitchen) . Unsuitable for this price tag, a few millions more or less don't count because the layout is how it is. Seems to me one of the obvious reasons this home is way too long for sale on the market despite ongoing efforts. And it is, I don't know, the 3rd or so tour of this house on yt :-)
That’s a good question and I’m surprised that Dominic and his brother are making this video. Drumelia and Daniel Boland, they both made excellent videos of this Villa. Even I made video during a brokers open house, but obviously in a totally different style because there’s lots of people around And it was one of the first videos. I did of a video walk-through tour. Dominic is the best of the best And just amazing at describing these magnificent properties. Perhaps Drumelia and the owner wanted even more exposure and this channel has subscribers far and wide round the world And their videos get suggested, and recommended alongside some of the top global real estate UA-camrs. My compliments to Dominic and his brother for doing such an amazing video of this special Villa. These guys never cease to amaze me with their great editing, cinematography, and Dominic’s very articulate and knowledgeable descriptions of these properties

Dark holes 🎉 By the ways this house is for sale since 2 years... Still not sold.... And, there is a house being built behind it that will be higher and will overlook this property... When that is finished it will significantly drop the price.. Real market price: 5.300.000
