How I Moved From UK To Cyprus! And How YOU Can Get A Visa To Work Here...

- In this video I talk about how I made my money to move from the UK to Cyprus, This is only being answered as I have been asked around 1000 times how I made my money and what do I do for work.
We do not work here in Cyprus, I have investments in stocks, shares, companies. I work hard to provide financial protection to my family. I grew my online retail business from $4000 to $1.8 Million per year and then sold the business.
Also many people have asked me how they can get work in Cyprus, I give some possible suggestions in this video how you can maybe able to make the move from the UK to Cyprus and get work while your here.
Correction: Fast Track 6.2 Visa goes allow you to use GESY Healthcare.

Buying on fastrack 6.2 is based on new build or new home not resale .. €300k plus vat at 5 % but you must declare that you will live in it and not rent it out for at least 5 years...if caught doing so vat at 19 % Will become chargeable ..( the balance of 14%)

I'd love to hear more about stocks and shares, what sites take min % offer best returns etc. I can see you dont want to appear as if you're bragging and you're not. Arnold the Terminator is an immigrant but did so much inspired millions. John Dowe is an illegal immigrant who got to the UK on a boat and went into a hotel paid by the UK taxpayers. You can make voluntary contributions for years you have been out the country. Might be worth looking at.
We Cypriots have no problem with these English immigrants who escape from the 3rd world UK to Cyprus for a better life. We hope they learn the language and respect the local customs. Welcome !

I greet every police officer with respect, every neighbour with love to the point they check daily if we need anything and let me know, that if anybody comes down our cul de sac that we are protected.
The Cypriots I have met have been nothing but good to me! 🙏

Your story sounds similar to me in many ways . I grew up in Manchester on a council estate , had to leave school at 15 due to family situation, so no qualifications. Worked nonstop since I was 15 . Late 20's I read that book , really resonated with me & my way of thinking . Fast forward myself, my husband and our three boys live out here in Spain . Working smarter not harder is my mantra & I teach our boys that . We are lucky in that I have an Irish passport thanks to my parents, husband is Sicilian so no headaches....but to anyone reading it there's always a solution...think outside the box . Another really useful video. I retire in 6 years which will allow the pink slip route so having a breakdown of exactly what is required and how you went through it is very helpful. We’re out there in a few weeks for some winter sun. Can’t wait!

You've always grafted, and more importantly you've always planned ahead, been determined to earn money, thought about the future, worked out ways you could get to a good place financially to give you choices. Thanks for responding to my message. We’re coming over soon. We are currently going through the process of buying our home. We may bump into you sometime! But we are in the East of Cyprus, so perhaps not. I think if you truly want this life then it’s up to you to do the leg work. You did and we have, just like everyone else did who now live in Cyprus. If you have an Irish grandparent you need to apply for an Irish citizenship first, the process takes around a year and then you can apply for your Irish passport,
If you have an Irish parent then you can apply straight away for an Irish passport.

Amazing. When I first got the Move To Cyprus idea it was probably about...4-5 months back when they announced the new accelerated naturalization path. For me, as an American I was like, "well I learned broken Portuguese when their visa and tax program was running-I'm sure I can learn broken Greek." And I found your channel, with just a few hundred subscribers. But look at you now!
And what a career story! I'm amazed; we had such parallel journeys after reading Kiyosaki. But after my online sales career I mostly trade the market, not invest quite the same as yourself. US tax laws are pretty "sticky," so I'm trying to see which income path is least painful. But I'm so happy that your plan seems to be working out so well--or should I say plan(S).
I think that you sharing this process is going to really help people. Haha, man, I had written out this LONG visa research thing for you--months back, but I thought "well, he seems to be fine, I'll just hold onto it and see if he runs into any speed bumps." Wow.

I like Cyprus and have visited many times. Would move there tomorrow as I'm 50 now and would love however long I have left, yo spend it in the sun. Unfortunately visiting will be as far as I ever get. Got a hefty criminal record from younger days so never gonna happen. Great vid again and it's pissing down with rain here and cold so you not missing anything lol.

@@NuttersInCyprus yeah, I messed up there, done some prison time. Been straight for 24 years now but it never goes away from my record. I'm currently in the process of trying to obtain German citizenship as my Mum moved there from here (Essex) 16 years ago (She's British) cos the same as you, got fed up with this country. She has dual citizenship since 2014 so I might be able to open a few doors via that way. Fingers crossed. As for Cyprus weather... I started going in October as its not too bad. July was punishing and takes some getting used to. Hope you enjoy your new start. This country as you rightly pointed out, is finished. Only going to get worse. Glad my kids are both grown up as its out of control here now. Thanks for the reply 👍

Well done. You’ve had the work ethic and common sense to build something that you can be proud of. I’ve never had that in me (so far), though I’ve always invested and have a high paying job - it’s easy to get trapped by the salary though as I have found out! The last year or so I’ve been exploring leaving the UK but the job market in most desirable places is not so desirable. Time to get planning I think, you’ve provided many of us with inspiration to make the change.

I too was given the 'Rich Dad Poor dad' book in 1997 by a rich uncle with the best of intentions which i started off enjoying however, it got a bit too religious for me which unfortunately made me lose interest. Well done you. I don't think rich dad, poor dad is fake tbh even if the author is dubious. The cashflow quadrant alone has been a useful mental model that I've come back to often throughout my life. But you've done well for yourself, and it's refreshing to see people on social media who aren't trying to bamboozle viewers by "looking rich" - which ironically is a good way for most people to stay poor.

Totally get your reasons for leaving the UK too [I just came across your 'Why I left the UK etc ...' video earlier today, it jumped out at me and I found it a really good, useful and informative watch - thanks]. I have family working in Cyprus at the moment so may pay them a visit and check out the rental market whilst I'm there. I came back to the UK after 20+ years in Asia and am now feeling the same as you guys were about it, before you left for Cyprus. England's not for me any longer so I'm looking at selling up and clearing off again.

He started early and finished at midday and was on over a £1000 a month which blew my mind at the time. As a serial entrepreneur who is now approaching his 66th year, yes compared to you very old 😂 it is so refreshing to hear someone talk about making and taking opportunities and realising that the best way in life is to take control of your own finances, health etc. Too many in society believe they are owed a living and are happy to take state handouts. Not only is this terrible for the individuals wellbeing, but as we can see in the UK and many other countries, it is becoming unsustainable with governments either increasing taxes to record levels or trying to print money to get out of horrendous levels of debt. Well done to you and the family for getting out of this hell hole we call the UK. Would be good to know the lawer you used to help with the transition. Myself and wife are ready to leave the uk. Well done you have done well. Investing is the best thing. I am Greek Cypriot and live in London and have so much family in Cyprus. A lot ok people I know have moved back to Cyprus and I don’t blame you it is better for you and your family and quality of life. The food is amazing but the Cypriots are crazy 😂 keep up the good work.

You don't need balls. You just need to get the ball rolling. Make enquiries. Do some research. Pay a visit to a place you fancy moving to. A positive mindset is a magnet to opportunity. Good things will come.
