I have owned the 215 and the 235. Curled both several times a day for quite some time. That being said the 215 was amazing, especially after I upgraded the mig gun to a Tweco Spray master 250 I mostly ran .045 dual shield with some 1/16 but wanted something that could hold the 33lbs rolls. I never had a problem with the duty cycle but I got the 235 and sold the 215. That was a mistake because the 215 was so much more mobile and therefore gave me more options in the field. Had to warranty out both machines due to bad boards but they definitely made me some good money so I can't complain too much. Tried the Lincoln and Miller equivalent, not impressed. Waiting for my new job to get me the 205 so I can A/C Tig. Not the end all for welding machines but definitely my go to for general Fab/repair work
My rebel 215ic is headed for repair for the second time in 5 weeks. The motherboard was replaced via warranty and once again, it's showing the error codes 012 and 014. The same codes as before. Last time it was just over two weeks in the shop without my NEW rebel 215ic, I'm starting to wonder if this is a common issue with this model, or perhaps the repair shop (Esab warranty compliant) didn't fully test it after repairs. After almost three grand (CDN) on an ESAB 215ic, and another 2 grand on an ESAB plasma cutter I'm starting to second guess my choice in equipment. Can you help me ESAB?

@@peehole82 yep, ha ha
But so many people seem to be abandoned by Esab "customer service". A product is only as good as its warranty.
