Not those kinds though. Bummer. Being in the retail field and being responsible for property selection, know it’s not just you. Post pandemic no body wants to help with buildout. It may add value to your business but not theirs. Thier business is rent.

We can definitely relate brother I’m a cater myself spent 2years l😅 looking for a catering kitchen and finally just signed a lease we got the same exact response from the landlord or property manager it was crazy but my my next move is definitely to buy some land and build my own
congrats on finding a landing spot. I hope we can do the same. Its a rough world for us out here trying to grow honest businesses.
