I just tried this recipe but the consistency of 2 and 1/12 cup dessicated coconut to its condensed milk is so so dry. I just added more than 1 can condensed milk to get the better result. Upon looking the video the amount of mixture is small compare to 2 and 1/2 cup dessicated coconut.
