That’s a really interesting tool. I can think of a lot of uses for it. I like the …ignore it! Of course, you can use the system and build your own customized tables that fit your campaign. I like the idea of the NPC unveiling more of themself/history/personality as the relationship with the players grows.
That's how I would use it. Roll up elements that are needed for first impressions, then add others as needed. Maybe that wonderful new Hireling has a hidden secret that will totally screw up their current quest.... and it will only be revealed when they meet the Villain!!

Looks good. I think if I get a roll I dont like it would try reversing the dice. If you had done that on power source for instance you would have got “Stars” which would have fit nicely with the tattoo.
