As you can see here I just got my very first World Record in Any% SM2 (2004). The previous World Record holder was Slyfincleton, who held the WR for 5 years.
It took many months of grinding and lots of practicing, but I finally did it. In January 2024, my old PB was 59:07*, now it’s 52 minutes which is insanely faster, I think. It took me a entire year to get this insane achievement (World Record).
I went through a lot of pain and suffering to get this - I’ve spent at least 4-5 hours of practicing alone daily, sometimes more. I feel exhausted now, but I'm glad it's over. Now I can rest.
and also now I’m holding the first game (SM 2002) and the second game (SM2 2004) Any% World Records which is kinda crazy to think about
I used Sly’s old (53:53) PB splits to run against cuz it helps my mental a bit
