- What an adventure this day was. After a long hiatus for Igor and I, we dialed down a day, and hit some trails.
Our destination was Reynolds Ponds to do some fishing in the trout ponds. But we found ourselves starving for some adventure, and chose scenic route there.
We found adventure. But that isn't all we found.

Man, that was quite an adventure getting to the ponds.
I thought you guys were in trouble when you were in the swamp!
Looked really busy
at the lake when you were leaving.
Nice explanation at the end. Thanks for taking us along on the ride!
Yeah, I was not thrilled about the swamp... my biggest fear was getting both machines too deep, and getting stranded out there, lol! Because we were easily a couple hours WALK from the vehicles, haha.
But all in all, it was still fun.
Thanks for watching, and for the comment, buddy!
Very nice editing buddy! Good job! Keep doing it 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks, buddy!
16:17 lol Out of your comfort zone was ya ?? lol That was awesome thru there. Had me talking to myself.. " you better not stop in that crap : lol
The SD card with the GoPro was interesting.... Never had that problem before..
I recently switched over to the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro.. The 2 plus hour battery life is so nice lol
@TODDATVOffRoad Haha, yes! I'm a wuss. I'll admit it and had no shame sharing to the world. I figured I'd get a little flack from some mudders 😆 🤣 😂. This guy's a trail rider, haha.
A little mud-here and there is okay, but we didn't really know where we were going, and if there was even going to be a road on the other end of it. Also, not dressed for mud, and no winch points, made me something, something. 🤣😂🤣
Yes, Igors GP Hero 12 wouldn't read cards, so we tried mine, and it still wouldn't work. He sent it to GoPro, they replaced it for him, and then he sold it and got an Insta360 instead. I'm not sure what was wrong with it. I never had that issue with mine. I have been hearing a lot of good stuff about the DJI action cameras. Maybe I'll look in that direction one day.
Thanks for checking out the video, ND leaving a comment. I appreciate it. 🙏 🤘👊
HOLY CRAP, now THAT was an ADVENTURE! - LOL - the worst feeling in the world is being stuck in the middle of a swamp with no winch point. Been there a few times and I usually lose my sh!t too! - HAHAHA!!! - - -
1:00 - OMG, what is wrong with people! Not that I'm blaming the G'mnt for people's poor behavior, but this kind of activity dramatically increased when they started charging at the dumps and, of course, in today's world of "zero common sense" thinking by our politicians . . . well . . . this will just continue to increase. - - -
1:45 - wait . . . aren't you going in to check that big rock out? - DANG! -lol- I sooooo wanted to see that! - - -
Two dead ends in the first 5 min; I felt right at home - HAHAHA!!! - - -
16:54 - my guess would be sledders - - -
Awesome video! Thanx for taking us along and for the explanation of your whereabouts at the end.
Yeah, we have had our fair share of stuck in swamp, experiences in the past. My biggest fear was the lack of winch points, and that I wasn't wearing rubber boots! (My own fault, haha).
Yes, the rock was interesting for sure. I was going to suggest checking it out, but it's only about 8 minutes from the Eastman staging area, so I plan to go back and check it out one day.
Yes, likely sledding trail... as it connects up with a fireguard road, so it would be a straight shot for them. I can only guess that the whole section, up to that road we were looking for was all going to be the same terrain, judging by the Google images.
Thanks for checking out the video, and leaving a comment. Appreciate it.
