for anyone doing this, use a big crescent wrench to hold each spring compressor as u tighten them. great video tho

This style of spring compressor has been around for decades. I used this style on cars back in the 1980's they work just make sure to apply even compression and go slow!
Same here. I have changed a lot of auto springs with this style. I was happy to find a smaller version.

how yo take off the collars? il trying to take them off but is not working
You have to compress the spring down enough to allow the retaining washer to slide off of the shaft. The spring has to be very compressed.
how you take the tool off to use it in te other spring?
Slowly. Back it off 1/4 to 1/2 a turn each side until it is loose.
