I liked how you addressed that it IS possible for the Spider-Man 3 Scorpion to be the same character as he was in 02. It could go either way but I still didn't like to outrule it entirely. Surely they knew he appeared in 2002 (along with Rhino from 2004.) as Spider-Man references Mysterio from Spider-Man 2 in one of the Daily Bugle photo-missions in 3. Along with the Raimi 3 toyline including both the 2002 and 2007 versions. Although this doesn't hold as much water as my other points should due to game devs being separate from toy manufacturers
Well, i'm pretty sure this is the same Scorpion from SM1. It was revealed in an interview that the Scorpion missions from SM3 were originally planned to first appear in SM2 but they had to cut those missions alongside the Lizard ones due to time constraints.
The Scorpion boss battle in Spider-Man 3 gives me so much nostalgia. I remember being about 6 or 7 playing Spider-Man 3, it was the first Spider-Man game I ever played.
I am so happy no way home exists, honestly for a long time i fell out of love for comic book movies but seeing Tobey reprise his role rekindled the child like wonder in me. It reminded me how I felt when I begged my mom to see SM3 in theatres it was the first time I felt hyped for a movie. Into The Spiderverse also saved my dwindling interest as well but I have to credit NWH because after that I went and watched most of the Marvel movies. Its crazy how one movie can change your perception or bring back a dead interest. God speed Spider-Man.
I love this idea! It's always fascinated me how the RaimiVerse was more developed in the games, really looking forward to more! One thing you could talk about in a future video is about Bruce Cambell's role as the narrator.
Always like the RaimiVerse Scorpion since they really hone in on the sympathetic angle and really, in all honesty, dosen't really make him a villain in these games. I guess in a way, it is sort of the reason why I love characters like Mr. Freeze from Batman. And if you want my opinion, I do like to believe that Scorpion in Spiderman 1 the game and Spiderman 3 the game are the same character. I am guessing that in between the games, he was captured MechaBioCon and use put through many experiments and changes, which can explain his dramatic design change but that is my head canon. I also love how you are talking about the RamiVerse versions of these characters as they rarely if ever been talked about and I am glad you started with Scorpion.

As Harry wants revenge on Spider Man for killing his dad, cant do it himself so he hires Doc Ock, before transformation, to create the Scorpion to hunt down Spuder Man. They later team up together but while one seeks redemption the other choses the glory of killing a great hero.

Imo, when Michael Mando's scorpion in the mcu is finally used in a future movie, I really think he should look like the 3rd Raimi game incarnation. Michael just has a scary, psychotic face that shouldn't be covered. Im more a fan of the classic masked suit, but Mando's face and physique is perfect for something like the 3rd Raimi game
I always liked scorpion in spider man 3 (the game) and I liked rhinos design. I also liked scorpions design. I remember making my own universe with those designs for rhino and scorpion and mysterio’s design from shattered dimensions. I also liked the edge of time spider-man look. It was fun
In some continuities Stilwell is responsible for creating Spider-Man Infact pretty much the only reason Peter didn’t suffer the same fate as the rest of Stilwell’s experiments is because Spider-Man was an accident and thus is able to hide

Tbh the Spiderman 3 game had the potential to right all the wrongs of the movie. The movie had very little screen time for the amount of story elements but the game had WAY more time to develop characters and include new ones to the story like The Lizard. It could have been a narrative work of art but instead it is a half-baked lesser version of the movie.
there's a glitch in Spiderman PS4 where you can get Rhino to K.O. Scorpion just by getting Think to run over him. Scorpion really does have a lot of bad luck. lol.
