Here is a tip , if you don’t wanna ruin your saline bag with this then you can drain out one or two cups in plastic cups prior to the procedure and you can reload the syringe from the cup directly ,
Personally I find this very expensive, I use regular syringe for socket irrigation just be careful with the needle , and if a patient comes back with a dry socket I usually anesthetize them before I do anything so again no need for expensive syringe.

Too expensive for Russia. It is easier to blunt and bend the needle of a 20-ml disposable syringe. It will be the same monoject

Doc can I rinse with Chx 0.2 instead of saline as a standard after extraction cleaning? And what about H302?

Saline is the best choice. CHX can negatively impact fibroblasts and collagen. All the best!
