Glad to see you made it back ok. Looks like a beautiful park. Some tips for hot weather are to wet your hat to cool off your head and to wear a wet bandanna around your neck or neck buff to cool blood going to head. Only do if you have plenty of water. Drinking water is more important than wetting clothing. I always bring a lot of water on a hike in the desert. Never know when you might twist an ankle, or worse, and be stuck waiting on help.
Missed opportunity by the seller of that guitar. Since he had the original certificate of ownership, it would've been nice if the seller had reduced the price to a little over why they paid for it, which was likely a third of what they were selling it for. Would've built some good will, and the jubilant owner would've given them a free shoutout every time he retold this story. I'm glad he got it back though. Just a shame it cost him a pretty penny to do so.
What a story though. I think he could have proved that he bought it, buy maybe couldn't prove that he did not sell it at some time in the past(as opposed to losing it). I think it was more important to him that he got his guitar back ASAP!

Hi Jou. We were also glad that we made it back to the RV. Life at times can throw us a curve ball. All we can do is soldier on as best as we can. Yes, the scenery is so beautiful there. Life is good for sure when we are surrounded by good friends and good food.

Glad to see you made it back ok. Looks like a beautiful park. Some tips for hot weather are to wet your hat to cool off your head and to wear a wet bandanna around your neck or neck buff to cool blood going to head. Only do if you have plenty of water. Drinking water is more important than wetting clothing. I always bring a lot of water on a hike in the desert. Never know when you might twist an ankle, or worse, and be stuck waiting on help.

Missed opportunity by the seller of that guitar. Since he had the original certificate of ownership, it would've been nice if the seller had reduced the price to a little over why they paid for it, which was likely a third of what they were selling it for. Would've built some good will, and the jubilant owner would've given them a free shoutout every time he retold this story. I'm glad he got it back though. Just a shame it cost him a pretty penny to do so.
What a story though. I think he could have proved that he bought it, buy maybe couldn't prove that he did not sell it at some time in the past(as opposed to losing it). I think it was more important to him that he got his guitar back ASAP!
