I’m currently doing level 2 brickwork in college. Watching your videos gives me tips and tricks that the tutors don’t show or teach us. Love your videos hopefully I can be as good as you one day.
Hello from Colorado US Sir. I work for a company who manufactures concrete block and distributes brick from a variety of manufacturers. We sell to the public as well as contractors. I often suggest some of your videos to homeowners trying to take on dyi projects. Thank you for the videos. You've truly helped a lot of people. Oh yeah, we've also taken on OX tools as a line we distribute. Quality tools without a doubt.
love your videos. too many people in the trade talk the talk and show off, but you don't. you seem genuine and want to keep the customer happy. keep up the good work.
I'd pick number 4 cake👍👍 but never I repeat never drinking a brew out of a united cup.😉 really quality work stu. Welcome back to autumn 👍👍. Nice to see you both back at it.😀😀😀😀
Pure Artwork, this guy is awesome. Tried some brickwork myself although not in the trade, stu makes it look easy however trust me its nowhere near as easy as it looks. Stu - How do you get it so accurate and clean? As hard as I try I tend to spend ages trying to line my brick up even when using line and i make loads of mess and waste.
Hey man just watched a few of your vids tonight great work, but had to subscribe your music on your vids are great a lot I’ve never heard before had to Shazam a few 🙂 great work 🤓
Hey stu did you do next door as well , I can see the advantages of building the wall up - more flexible lounge layout - might have put a Rad under the new window- great job m8.
I gotta say stu, Your choice of music playing in the background of all you videos is on point ...just thought I'll mention that... But anyway your vids have helped me so much with building my extension. Keep it up bro 👍
Cracking job Stu as always. Quick question? Do you need to wait until the new bricks are fully set in the mortar before installing the window, thus allowing you to fix down into them? 👍🏼👍🏼
Hey Stu, I plan on making some upgrades to my yard with brick. I'm not a master or anything but after watching your videos and practice, I think here in a year or so I'll be ready to implement my ideas for my yard. If you have the time, will you give some pointers when I create the layout for my yard/driveway? I'll make videos and such to get the best info I can get from you. I live in the U.S., so, it would be hard to have you come out and take a gander. You've inspired a lot out of me, and it would be an honor to hear what you say, good or bad.
Another nice job Stu.I've found when laying those feather faced bricks they stain quite easily if not careful?Nice clean job tho again mate-good work 👍👍👍
Hey bud great job! 2 questions: do y’all usually use the weathered joint versus a round v or grapevine. And how much does a bricklayer make in Australia? Thank you! Keep up the good work!
13 year mason. Work by myself and lay anywhere from 700- 1100 brick a day. Use a dingo to move all my material and mortar. Just like Australia and it seems you guys got a lot of work going on there and I get .60 a brick so it is a rush all the time here. Would like to slow a little and still make the same money if possible. Thank you!
Hi. I have a question about reducing the size of the window in the bathroom. Do I need any permission for it ??? P.S. Best channel on UA-cam... Regards Pav
i'm gonna block (cavity block) up some window openings in my garage. i was just gonna use bits of galvoband to tie them in... anything particularly wrong with that? thanks for all the vids, very encouraging for those of us facing a lot of projects about the place.
seems weird to want to make the window smaller when most people want more light in their houses, can only assume its a privacy or heat loss issue. cracking job as always
you put the cill in first and then the window on top and screw it together? how come you don't screw the cill on from underneath then lift the whole thing in? genuine question

best video yet. production level is very good and enjoyable to watch. you make something that a lot of people would think boring fun. all the best!

Depends if you are an apprenrice or not. Australia is good for brickies :)

Do you have a video where you are showing how you fix a line and how you move it up?
Not just yet but all coming next year via live stream and videos with your language subtitles
Thank you very much. Also for the subtitles. Although, I’m good with English but lots of lads aren’t.
Have great Holidays!

Jammy sod ,perfect match!!!

Great job Stu (as usual). Did you get everything done in a day? Do ever do any veneer stone work?
The job was great but the music was a bit loud. Welcome back.
Ok john. I did my usual editing levels for music but maybe the tracks were high. I will double check next time 👍
what do you think off lukaku?
He’s ok mate
Why didn't you open up the cavity on the party wall side ?
You might of noticed that concrete fence post tight to the wall on the party wall side and for 7 courses its definitely not worth the aggravation.....
Lee Etchells the empty space within walls, usually where insulation goes or where mortar hasn’t been put on the back
