Feeling helpless | no one is coming to save me

Once I realized that no one was coming to save me, I got a move on. This unconscious thought, had me moving funny and depending on others to do the work that I needed to do. I can accomplish my goals and give myself what I want. I don’t have to wait on someone to give to me.
