Hello! I love your question. May I be honest????? Yes! At the same time, I’ve also experienced ALOT of trauma since a little girl and I believe my mother also has mental health issues but undiagnosed. At the worst part of my episode, I integrated back into the church because spiritually, I knew I needed GOD. He’s help tremendously. We are spiritual, emotional, physical and mental beings. I need help in all realms, not just through mental therapy. For me, A spiritual basis and relationship with GOD is fundamental.
