Driving a GS this way always reminds me a bit of a racing elephant. A huge chunk of iron being thrown around like mad. I don't think even 1% of GS owners are capable of such a riding style which is imho more appropriate for a 250cc two stroke beast...

Great!!! Where are the other extreme BMW GSA vids out their??? I want to see somebody produce vids like Chris Birch does for KTM. Who's the badass that promotes the BMW bikes for BMW. So far 90% of the vids on youtube are pretty lame in regards to GSA...
PLEASE explaine to me why BMW try to ride these bikes like a MX 112kg bike. It' like teaching a hippo to ballet!! The 1200 Gs is a serious adventure tourer, but not a MX offroad tool!
Ma infatti, questa è gente che alla moto gli da del tu! Uno normale appena la issa dal cavalletto laterale si rende conto che con un GS tutto ci puoi fare tranne enduro, se non ti vuoi ammazzare alla prima pietra o buca. E sarei curioso di conoscerlo quello che con un GS pagato di tasca propria 22 mila euro fa il "Pirla" in mezzo a pietre, fango, buche e saltelli vari.

I love my GS Rallye
Stock suspension was pretty lame on this bike. Had to swap it out for Tractives.

I have the 2017 r1200gs but it has alloy wheels how strong are the wheels can i use them with a set of off road tyres

Easy as mate, it's sand, you don't have to do anything. Just leave it and it will stand on its own
