The horned stone face on the base of the crazy guy is very similar to the large idol in the Plague Mine Kobolds set. Nice to see AG returning to themes used in earlier sets.
Never had any issues with any of the minifigs. Only failure I've had with the presupported models was with the base for the 4 dwarves carrying the throne. Everything else has been fine. Dwarves, throne and gryphons all good. But that darn base failed on Elegoo and Uniformation so I assumed it was the model itself.
Many thanks!! I will only ever be tabletop standard, but I really like how AG figures paint up!! Currently trying to finish the Dwarf Slayers... taking waaaaay too long, but when they are done I'll do a similar video!! Thanks again for the kind words!
Hit a small, slight, minor, itsy-bitsy snag during the first Campaign Management Phase... OK, it's not so minor, its a potentially problematic thing... not completely surprising to be honest, I could've guessed something like this would happen... but the next episode requires a bit more work before I can edit and upload...
I do like Artisan Guild models, but i wish they had options to print them assembled. Sometimes the assembly is beneficial, like if they have a shield which wouldve made painting behind it a pain.
It would be interesting to know what percentage of their current and potential customer-base felt this way. Unless it is time or cost prohibitive, it is definitely a good thing to offer!
I just printed some free ones but they are tiny. I paid for the dwarves set one month and they were much better size. Now I'm wary about getting the turtles in case they are small too. I suppose you can scale up but I've had issues with that in the past.
I haven't tried the free models, but I have five sets, so far, and they are all decent scale. The basic Turtles are about 33mm from bottom of foot to top of shell. The heads are a bit lower but still look good. 😁
Ok pianting never was my stuff. But I always enjoyed seeing the result. That said good models and the painting you did is quite good. I see knight-beak is my favorite. And plague guy with the medieval bird mask. Not that I dislike the others hum. Nut i like those more. Maque them scary XD
Many thanks!! Green seemed the right choice 😁 IIRC I uploaded pics on my Instagram in Jan (for the Hobby Table video) and then in Jan & Feb for the Skirmish game they were used in.
hi friend! beautiful figures! has now inspired me to print and paint them. Can you list for me all the colors you used? I would love to paint it the same way! ♥ I also have the army painter speed paints ;-)
Many thanks for the kind words!! Here are the paints I used(APSP = Army Painter Speed Paints, Craft = cheap Ceramcoat or Americana Craft Paints): U/C - Grey (ACE Hardware Primer spray) then drybrush Slate Grey (Craft) and afterwards White (Craft). SKIN - Pallid Bone (APSP) with Flesh Tan HL (Craft), FABRIC - Orc Skin (APSP) no HL, THICK FABRIC - Gravelord Grey (SPSP) no HL, ROSARY BEADS - Fire Giant Orange (APSP) with Bittersweet Orange HL (Craft), LEATHER - Hardened Leather (APSP) no HL, WOOD - Dark Wood (APSP) no HL, BELLS/KEYS etc - Hoplite Gold (APSP) no HL, HAIR - Gravelord Grey (APSP) no HL but needs one, VINES - Absolution Green (APSP) no HL, THORNS ON VINES - Leaf Green (Craft) with Light Timberline Green HL (Craft)... phew, hope that helps 😉
The Armour plates? 😁 Nothing... its just Grey (Slate Grey - craft paint) and White (Seashell White - craft paint) zenithal drybrush!! It looked good enough that I didn't do anything else!! 😎
Melmora is based on the basket or bridal veil stinkhorn mushroom.
Nice looking models!

Nice to see someone paint a Artisan Guild warband. Like the color scheme. Hope to see more from you.
Cheers!!

Love this video! UA-cam needs more videos of people printing out artisan guild warbands, showing them off and painting them.
I agree!! They really are nice models and the pre-supports work well!!
Great job on these minis. I have been buying Artisian Guild Minis for a while and they are some of my favorites. Well done!

@@IthaquasBane I look forward to seeing your slayers!
@@Decado1628 Many thanks!, They have been pushed back on the schedule, but only the armour and weapons to finish off!!
@@IthaquasBane that happens. I just started on a batch of their trolls.
Look great! Love how individual these guys are, but still a cohesive gang. Cant wait for the Warlord Ascendant content!
