I have the 42” 60V zero turn model, with 8Ah batteries, and I can mow a little over 2 acres on 50% battery power.
Thanks for sharing that, just curious, how flat is the land your mowing? I have about the same size land to mow, but mines on a slight slope and I’m curious if it would last the whole 2 acres.
@@TwoGuysandaRide very flat, and it’s TX, so the grass is not dense, but about half an acre of it was knee high weeds.

I have the Briggs and Straton Snapper XD 82V line of products, including 4AH batteries. Is there any compatibility? I was told that the Snapper XD 82V line was just the commercial version of Greenworks.

So one can't take the deck out to cleen or sharpen the blades like you can with Roybi , Ego and other brands? Roybi even brages about the ninty second deck removal to sharpen the blades. My Ego Z6 has only two electric plugs to unplug and two pins to remove and you can pull out the deck for cleaning and servicing. I keep my blades sharp this is why I'm asking.

Yep you can, he just was not recommending it for the zero turn, but on the one being filmed, there are typical mounting points to deal with and you can remove the deck, however you could just jack up the front to get at the blades for removing them. There is also the clean out hose connector for washing out the deck. Thanks for watching
How can we keep the reverse button on while mower is engaged? Exactly how does the reverse button work?
You can’t unless you’re pressing the button. It’s a safety feature. Modern gas riding mowers will not allow you to mow in reverse, if you try, it will kill the engine. This button while pushed will allow you to mow in reverse but only for as long as you hold the button down. Thanks for watching!

This is just a lawnmower so not set up to pull a trailer

Looks like a good design with some very interesting features, but what about parts? I have a 80V Greenworks chainsaw with a bad oiling gear (worm gear). It would be a cheap part and easy to replace, except they don't sell it. So, now a saw I paid $300 for is garbage.
Every other gas chainsaw on the market has available replacement parts. It seems these are made as disposable products (not exactly "Green"). It's one thing to buy a $300 disposable saw and another to buy a $5K disposable mower.

The 60V version of the ZT mower is very similar, and was on sale this spring from $5500 down to $4000, which is not much more than a gasoline ZT mower.
Everywhere I've seen them they've been priced between $3500 and $4000 which is pretty comparable to the price of their gas powered counterparts. Then factor in not having to go buy and transport gas, oil, belts, air filters, spark plugs, winterizing fuel, cleaning carbs... They become a lot cheaper pretty over time when you factor in all those maintenance cost savings.
Pretty close as in double the price
Too expensive? Uncertain economy? Dude
