i lived in a car in 2006 for 2 years. ended up loving it! Winters were very hard for me until I worked out to use two large hot water bottles to keep me warm. Had my own power bank under the seat to charge my phone and laptop. Used thick black out covers over the windows. Made every inch of my car count for something! It become a real home and the car never let me down. I never felt homeless as I was always dry and safe! Many days/nights I spent playing videos games on my PSP in my bed in the back of the car while listening to the rain! Made my bed as comfy as I could! This is a great way to live!
Thanks for sharing! I absolutely love the lifestyle. Many don’t, i find it adventurous and it always makes my wheels turn trying to find the next place to park or ways to cook in it. I love it too! Its a simple way of living

PSP is an amazing system. so much entertainment (games and movies) but the nintendo switch is better as it has wifi and a better screen (with the pro coming this xmas). i would just get my entertainment off a phone. super minimalist. do everything on the phone itself

So I had a £25 gym membership which was open 24 hours a day so I mainly charged my powerbanks up, had a shower and mainly went to the bathroom in the gym BUT.... I did make slim line loo that I managed to use in the car for the times I couldn't get to a public loo. I used to store it under the car seat and it was fully sealed. I used to always have a small amount of loo cleaning in it so it never smelled. I had systems for every single thing I needed and to be honest I was only caught out a few times (mainly keeping warm in the winter which I managed fine in the end)

this is so neat! I’ve been inside my mini cooper 2016 for fun. Unlike most people, I actually do it for fun even though I have other living options. It’s just so neat! I travel and work on my arts and crafts, I love it. Thanks for showing us your good vibes.

I just read that you can use your rice cooker to make pasta- a Google search will show you faster than I can type it all.

That’s truly a minimalist.... just be careful when using the propane stove on what looks like velvet material ( the underneath of the stove can get very hot).

This Is A Great Video. Nice The Way You Have Everything In ITS Place. For Cold Weather, The Key Is Solar System. They Have All Types Of Heating For Vehicles. One Lady In A Car Used An Electric Throw Blanket At Night. She Said Her Equipment Worked All Night. Question. Since You Have Black Outs For Your Windows, Could You Sit Those Bags To The Side Or Up On The Shelf Until The Next Day. I Know Sooo Much Now. I Was Out There, A Senior. I Knew Nothing. Dead Winter. I KEPT Myself Warm With Cover, But Getting Up Was Hard. BATHROOM 😆. I Went To The Laundromat To Clean Up. The Water Was Hot And NO One Knew I Was In My Vehicle. Sometimes I Park Right Up Front At Walmart. I Left The Covers Off The Front And Just Used The Back.. One Of The Best Things To Do Is Put A Yellow Worker's Vest And A Helmet On The Dash Board. In An Apartment Now, But I Know Just About Everything About Types Of Vehicles Used And What To Do. If Boom Docking And There Is A Lot Of Sun, LET Your Vehicle Face The Sun. PUT YOUR COVER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE GLASS. THE GLASS IS WHAT MAKES THE VEHICLE HOT. IF I Wasn't So Senior, I'd Get Me A Mid Size Tall Van And Build It Into A Tiny Apartment. I Don't Like A Vehicle Where You Have To Get Out Of The Vehicles And Walk To The Housing Area. It's Too Dangerous. Little By Little I'm Getting Items I Need Just In Case. I THINK I SHOULD STOP GETTING SMALL ITEMS AND TRY TO GET A GOOD SOLAR SYSTEM. That Way I Can Take Small Items From The House In Case. HANG IN THERE YOUNG LADY, YOU DOING GREAT AND THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO

You actually have the best setup if you're a clutter free manic like myself. Love the simplicity and organization with the bag idea plus you car still looks like a normal everyday car without all the clutter.

Nice setup! I have a similar car and am about to try car living too. My setup will be the same, except I'll probably get a portable battery to run a small electric cooktop.... I don't want fire in my car! 😅

I have always said a person only needs 3 bags to live in a car eg a
bag of clothes
Bag for food
And bag for everything else
Thos video shows perfectly .ust that when you showed the 3 bags in passenger seat etc
A cooking stove is optional depending on whether a person is a fan of cooking etc or fast food because eating fast food is multi purpose
Eg eating hot food without the expense of cooking the food eg gas etc plus there are washrooms and toilets which is always convenient plus a car parking spot for half an hour or so plus free wifi and apower source to charge phone or i pad etc
living in a car is so easy and simple to do i really enjoyed my time living in a car
Living simple is better in my book 👍🏼 if i had all the money in the world id definitely eat out vs cook. Great scenarios, when i use the fast food restaurants to my advantage the bathrooms, wifi, electricity, with covid its harder to find places like that i usually find a good park that has a plug 🔌 😃thanks for sharing!
But eating out three times a day can get expensive unless you are ordering from the dollar menu and even that can be expensive In the long run a Jackery and a small 1 burner stove can go a long way. And if you really need WiFi. Just park in McDonald’s parking lot.

I like that you cook "inside" the care. I really don't want to use the emergency little propane single burner thing that I have, so I would buy a power source to use something like a single electric burner I have...I've traveled cross country in my 2009 VW Sportwagen, using motels and my rolling carry-on kitchen inside...however, after looking a minivans, I have been thinking of using the car as a "microvan." I do have a special diet so I need to carry some bulky noodles that I order online and a lot of amino acids. So, storage will be paramount. Love seeing your ideas...

Thanks for subscribing!! Im not too sure exactly the percent of tint it had, but it looked like maybe at 50% I usually go for 5-25% on my old cars.
