I work from home while watching your vids and i had to put myself in breakmode as soon as homie got to the part about moving out to help your toxic relationship with your parent bc it hit so hard. Im an only child raised by a single woman. When i hit 13 my mom & i’s rocky relationship began and it only got worse from there. My mom and i got into an explosive fight when i turned 21 and i moved out. She and i didnt speak for 1-2 years, and started speaking because we went to therapy. Therapy got CRAZY. My mom & my relationship did end up getting better, but then i made her a grandparent and she kind of regressed. Our generation of parents dont conform well with how we want to raise our kids. I truly hope you and your mom get to experience the good relationship after you move out.
I'm fasting now. I do 18:6, and it's definitely easier when I work all week. I lost my dad when I was 13 years old. I'm 33 now, and to this day, I haven't gotten over it. The feeling of loss and pain, unfortunately, will never go away, but surrounding yourself with people who truly care about you is very important. No matter what, I'll continue to move forward and just be the best version of myself that I can be.
I thought you guys wasn’t gonna post but I’m glad you did, also sorry for Abby’s grandmothers passing although it is hard that she is gone, just remember if she was ever in any pain she can rest in piece in heaven. From my experience, I married my husband and we ended up living with my inlaws for almost 2 years. We had to set boundaries on how we are going to discipline our kid. My husband's mom definitely caused dumb arguments. My husband's parents always argue and my husband had to be in the middle of it. Just stressful. So we move across the country lol. So if you want to have a relationship with your in laws- don't live with them. Their mindset is different from yours. We live in a camper but we are content. My husband works as Auto Technician at a delearship . I am a Stay at home mom.We rather be here than back at his parents house.
