😊Shaper hairspray has been around for 40 years. As a hairdresser, we used it at the roots as we shaped the hair rather than spraying the whole head as it would create more natural lift that lasted. I am 63 and understand the babyfine challenges!

Hi Melissa🤗 I love the big hair from the 80’s too! It’s such a hard habit to break. My hair is just like yours, very fine and I don’t have a lot of it. I wish I had the dedication to spend the time using rollers etc. that you do. Once my son was born I took the back seat and life was all about him and my dogs. Before that, I’d spend an hour on my hair and makeup lol. Btw….I just tried a new thickening shampoo and love my results. My hair looks super healthy with lots of body and fluff. Will use it a few more times and if i remain happy with results, will share with you and your followers. Enjoy your videos and sweet personality. Big hugs from Raleigh, NC🤗❤️🙏

Menopause was not kind to me so I’m 100% wigs. My bio hair is shaved down. Tired of being tired girl. Now I throw on a beautiful wig and go. No mess, work, just all thrills. The only work is putting on makeup. Now that I’ve gotten use to wigs I can’t even imagine going back to my hair and all the work it took to look right. More work than putting on makeup. If I’d found your video before I shaved my hair down I know I would have tried your fabulous trick. Thanks for sharing I know your trick is blessing someone. The end results looks so beautiful!❤

@@youniquebymelissaover50bea30 oh heck no not toppers. I wear full wigs. I shaved my hair down to half inch it was so thin, but back to your question my favorite is Gabor wigs and 2nd Raquel Welch wigs. Not like back yesterday year. Technology has brought wigs up to 20th century. They are hard to tell if you have one on. Plus their soft like real hair and they now have mono top that allows the hair to move freely to be parted on either side. It’s a game changer. God forbid but if your hair goes south and your tired of being tired just join us that wear wigs their fabulous and you won’t be sorry. I promise!

As a someone growing up with baby fine straight hair I feel your pain. I have started wearing my hair in an undercut pixie but prior to this I would put my hair on rollers and spray on hairspray and let it dry. It helps with the fullness. Also drying your hair with your head upside down helps. If using conditioner, look for one for oily hair as the moisturizing ones weigh your hair down and you can condition your hair before shampooing. Last but not least pour a cheap beer on your hair after rinsing but don't rinse it out. My dad was born in Alabama.

When I let my hair go and only blow dry it and nothing else, My hair looks so oily the next day and it's not oily just looks it. I’ve used Velcro rollers for over 35 years.
    NO FREEZER NEEDED!
Once rollers are in place, hit them with your BD (not too hot).
Let rollers cool down ( as you apply makeup, drink coffee, etc).
Lastly, hit the rollers with the cool shot on your dryer.
    Same results. Less damage.
Please don’t stick your head in the freezer. Extreme temps are never good for your hair.
Treat it as you would your most delicate fine washable.💁‍♀️

I love this tip and it works so well for you! I am in NC, and like you, in AL, we don't get a lot of cold weather, but I suppose you could just walk outside for a few minutes in November through mid-March. I have the exact opposite hair from you - thick, coarse, and wavy in all the wrong places. But! I see many similarities in how we do our hair - I use velcro rollers (without metal -- mine are just total plastic) every single day. I get out of the shower, dry my hair most of the way, roll it up (this takes the longest -- about 10 minutes) and let it cool. (Not in the freezer - ha!) My biggest issue is that I MUST have a hairdryer with a minimum of 1875 watts of power. I prefer 2000 watts. Anything less than 1875 watts is just useless. When traveling I have to pack my own hairdryer. Hotel hair dryers are something like 1100 or 1300 watts. Are they kidding? I'd be there all day trying to get my hair dry! Again, I enjoyed your hair tip -- you look fabulous!

The Link you provided do not have the Metal inside the roller? I have purchased these and they don't work as well. These have some kind of very thin foil strip that do heat up, but nothing like the ALL Metal inside rollers. I have searched numerous times to replace some of mine. Amazon doesn't like to bring them up. Google instead and Capitalize Metal "INSIDE"
Then they will come up, and cheaper than the Kitch brand.
Also, Try hitting the Base of the hair with some Spray & Play after you roll it. Again a very light spray all over. When you dry it, aim the blower dryer inside the roller, to heat up the metal too. BOOM! now were talking volume that lasts 2-3 days.

😂😂…. Hmmm…. You might could open it, put your head straight down, & pull the drawer in some! It’s worth a try🙌🏻

Hi and I do hand weights 3 times a week. I did Body Pump way back and now you can do the tutorials on UA-cam. I just type in Body Pump triceps & you can work right along with them. ♥️

Hi Vinniegret & if it pulls out, I would just pull out the drawer, get on my knees, place your head down & pull the drawer back towards you. 🩷

Please, I beg of you, don´t do that. Sudden changes of temperature can cause your face to get partially stiff. I know a lady who did that and got into a lot of trouble. Sorry to spoil your fun, but I care for you.
