But I've always loved the struggle of filling up the museum, that's my main goal. I love these videos though, gives me inspiration and it's a joy to watch them :)
I did the dodo blushing thing first time, while he was looking at his computer, and got Tarantula Island. And that was the first time I’d ever been there!!!

I made the Dodo blush the first time i walked in last night, wearing a dodo airlines shirt, and instantly got a Tarantula island, ive never found the island before no matter how many tickets i bought, and honestly.. I know it was totally a coincidence, but be danged if i wont just make him blush every time now.
Overlordnim I’ve done nothing and gotten tarantula island twice in the last two days, and money rock island, and I catch big fish like crazy even on my own island. My boyfriend is extremely jealous haha

Hey Austin one of my friends sent me the DIY for the pit fall. Whats cool about it is that if some one who does not know the DIY digs a hole, bury’s it and dig it back up again the new person can learn the Diy. I think it would be cool to get the Austin plays community together and all learn the powerful PITFALL DIY :)

Austin I would recommend making a cherry blossom garden. I have one on my island and its really nice with all cherry blossom furniture and pink hybrid flowers.

That grass path area by the beach, I had a tree there and a bench underneath it so it looks like a romantic place to chill for a bit with someone

Currently it's my trash heap as I try to get a fly, but the lighthouse is what I eventually want there too, along with a sitting area. It's just what makes sense

My house is right next to the grassy area, so it's part of my yard! I have a swinging bench, a dog house, a beach blanket rug and my telescope. And, seasonally, even though it causes light pollution, a cherry blossom lantern. It's a cozy little space and my favorite on my island. I have a flower patch, garden spigot thing and my mountain bike on the other side. Makes the house feel like a home. :)

Grass path:
That's currently where my lighthouse is situated next to a nice bench looking out into the sea ...its not alot but it's a nice touch
I feel like my favorite part of austin’s videos is when we he says “good afternoon gamers” and “goooood morning isabelle”
I made my little grass patch that sticks out a junk yard with all the trash items I fish out and craft. I even made an awesome junk throne! It has oil drums, tires, cans, boots, trash bags etc... I figured it’s an island and that little peninsula was a perfect spot for a ship to come and take away the islands rubbish 😊
For my little grass peninsula I put the lighthouse there, as well as the picnic set that Isabel gives you the recipe for. You know, I really wasn’t going to do much as far as pathways, moving things around, making courtyards and such, but I am now after watching your videos and seeing your layout, and others that pop up in my recommendations. I’ll be spending A LOT of bells to move literally every single building... Oh man... what have I gotten myself into?! *nervous laughter*

There’s a way to find out what days your money trees are fertile. Plant 11k each day till u find a pattern, and the days it is fertile, plant 99k to get 297k
Hey Austin, loving the Animal Crossing videos! On the question of what to do with the little peninsulas on the islands, I made a fisherman's dock kind of area. With the fishing tourney items (Tacklebox, fishing rod stand, etc) and a lighthouse, you can make some pretty dope designs!
Little extension is where I put my lighthouse. I do love the effort. I wont be "making mine into a city" like yours, but you inspired me to make a yard and theme for each of my villagers.

I really like the design for the yard you've made around the house next to Nook's Cranny. It's really helped a lot in helping me figure out what amount of space I'd like to dedicate for each villager. I'd already made each "lot" way too small for them, which then left me with tons of empty space. Thanks for the video, and be well!
I made my little weird grass area thing a space for a lookout point and a lighthouse. Got some seating, flowers and the lookout telescope thing. Looks sweet!

You should color the “leaves” in your courtyard using custom designs. It might look pretty to have a good color in there.
Also you can use those bamboo walls instead of hedges. Might look good.
for the grass thing that stick out over the beach i put the light house there, it just seemed fitting to put a lighthouse out as far as it can get to make sure sailors see the light in time
the hedge standees are quite short but i REALLY like the effect they give off when they're used well !!! you can customize them to be different colors and have flowers on them too. it could look really cool in front of a fence !!!

On the “Grass Pier” we put a telescope, and decorated it for stargazing. We go there during meteor showers.

In my little grass path boy, I originally put my teacup ride there but switched it to a lighthouse after making a theme park. Made a ritual circle in the back corner behind it too

I put my campsite there! my grass thing was more of secular shaped and it seemed like the perfect spot for a beach getaway spot since it was overlooking the ocean.
Little grass path sticking out is great area for something with a lighthouse.

That grass patch I waited for CJ and the fishing tournament turned it into a fishing spot. Fishing rods, cooler, benches .
when you talked about the raid den update, it reminded me that you can get stuff like power bracelets and bands and other items in that category from the event dens.
Also a hardboiled egg...
For the grassy outcropping by the beach I would recommend an area where you can chill at the beach with chairs and an umbrella for shade. Just a thought also love your content don’t feel bad about skipping Wednesday you deserve a break. :)

Austin I ended up putting a lot of wild flowers in that small grass extension area for a nice beautiful? esthetic look for looking over the water and makes a nice area to take pics with friends especially if you put a couple of palm trees around

Glad to know you’re well on your way with the terraforming and waterscaping! I’ve been at it non stop and my biggest problem is that I don’t have a lot of room to do a lot! I’ve been playing with levels on my island and I’m really liking it! You should experiment with cliffs and secret acloves if you’re up for it!
The recent bunny day patch really was so helpful, for two days straight I was balloon popping only and yesterday I got all the cherry blossom recipes! It’s such a shame that both events were running at the same time! But I’m glad the devs were listening to us. And I know we’re done mentally with bunny day and eggs....but I’m so EXCITED! it’ll be our first AC event! :) I can’t wait to see what the other events will look like! The next thing to look forward to is the fishing tourney! Do you have enough Manila clams? >:)

For the little grass path leading off to the side of the island I use it as a lighthouse/fish market area. Pretty basic but definitely looks appropriate

I know, I've been grinding stones just so I can put 3 tall garden rocks, 3 stone arches, and 3 stone *word rocks* (whatever those are called) in my flower beds.

If there are also too many trees in a given area, you can produce “dead spots”. It’s kinda the games way of saying “hey, disperse the trees.” Lol

@@mickey2028 I have an orchard cliff. 11 of each fruit tree, because I miscounted. But if you space them two apart in every direction, they'll grow just fine.

Ok, I felt the nag you gave in the beginning of your video was directed to me. 😂 Kept having your videos suggested on my tv when I browse UA-cam for Animal Crossing. I have finally subscribed to your channel.
On the grass pier I used barrels and pizza ovens to make it into sorta of an inn area with wooden floors for the inside base and brick path on the outside base.
