To put some clarification about Rosemary in episode 3:
1. When she says "am I still beautiful to you Sophie?" This is the first time in years Sophie has heard his mom, or seen her before since her death
2. If you put on captions, Rosemary died on July 19th, 1974. Her death is the result and closure of Bons Burgers.
3. Disturbing fact, it was said from I believe Martin Walls (creator of the series) or Eva (voice for Bon) that Rosemary screamed for at least 30 minutes being dismembered from Bon. And Bon doesn't kill his victims fast
