Your clear instructions helped me troubleshoot my washing machine and take off the top etc to find the pipe that had gotten loose. Thanks again. I didn't need the technician who was going to come 3 days later!
| saved my elderly mother in law money and down time without a washing machine by following these instructions. Easy to follow repair guide. The innards of the Samsung washing machine look simple to repair for other broken items in the future. Fingers crossed don't need to.
Absolutely wonderful video. I have leaking issues and when I clean the soap dispenser it goes away for a bit...then it's right back to leaking again. I'll be ordering parts and giving it a go. Thank you!
Where did you order your parts from? We need a new one of the beige plastic box that the soap drawer goes into with the three hoses coming out of it....
Thank you for the time and effort you put into helping us! Many of your colleagues need to learn from you how to make a video tutorial - clear, precise and to the point! No unnecessary explanations and jumping from topic to topic! You have my warmest greetings!
Excellent! Thank you for taking the time to make this video. This is my second leak in the washer. Your video solved the problem the first time. Hope it will this time! Very thorough, very clear video.
Thanks for the video. I have a leak that has been caused by the gasket not being properly sealed at the bottom. This happened because we've been drying the seal between washes and evidently we accidentally tugged on it too hard and pulled it out of the channel. I have a video that shows a 6-8" section of the gasket that isn't tucked in like the rest of the gasket. I haven't been able to push it back in to place. Do you have any suggestions on how to do it without taking off the front cover?
I violently hit the like button for your information. Thank you 🙏🏼 Update with what I found in my washer , the hose that is connects to the top of the filter that screws open ( child safe screw on some but not mine) down low was simply disconnected and only has a spring clamp holding it on, we recently had a unbalanced wash that I assume what knocked it off. Reattached with spring clamp securing the hose and Wala fixed. No more leaks at the moment 😊
Thanks, this helped me. My issue was the black cold supply between the solenoid switch and soap dispenser. This hose wickedly split nearly in a straight line starting at the clamp 3 inches towards the dispenser. This makes me think either the water pressure was too high, or an obstruction at the dispenser. Heaven forbid it was just a defective hose. I’m off to find a hose replacement at the local hardware store. Thanks again Picked up at Home Depot Everbilt 5/8 in. O.D. x 3/8 in. I.D. x 10 ft. PVC Braided Vinyl Tube. Replaced all black rubber tubing this size. One tube which led to the front required disassembly of the front. Hidden wiring limited this so I could only crack a few inches enough to access the clamp. Had a 4c error after several minutes of operation. External supply hoses are turned on. They are steel braided and in excellent shape since. Cleaned the supply filter.
@@askmrwashywashyhello! Where do you recommend we order that beige box from with the three hoses coming out of it that the soap drawer goes into? We are in USA... Thank you
Fixing my samsung washer and the main leak was from underneath the soap dispenser the hose was not connected. reconnected that and ran a wash now I noticed just a small amount of softener on the floor. Is something else wrong or could that be left over liquid from when it was leaking before
Hello there, would you please be able to show how to retreive the emergency water tube next to the front filter when it pops back into it's hole? On this model Thank you.
My washing machine is same as Samsung buble wash 7.5 kg front loader. It is leaking from detergent dispenser area ( exactly from the line below of writing, digital invertor). I opened and cleaned everything, even bought and changed a pump. Still it is leaking. What do you suggest? Do i buy and replace dispenser? Please suggest.
My machine is leaking from the very middle bottom it only seem to leak while full of water on the soak . how do you get to the bottom to look at it and work on it Thanks
My Samsung front loader dumps a large amount of water about once every 8 weeks. I run the clean cycle regularly, never over load, made sure it’s level, make sure the door is closed tight, clean seal and soap container regularly and check the back hoses. I can figured it out. I can tell if the water is from the front and or back as it dumps to much water to tell. Help! Seal is not broken!
Mine looks same and there are those 2 screws but top cover does not slide at all. I watched into narrow slit and there were kind of hinder which blockade sliding ( sorry my bad english). So I cannot understand how to get topcover away.
I called to service and they knew the problem and said that it is often jammed and needs a lot of power. So I ha had allready used things to see that under the cover were some "hindrance" so I did not use power. Now I take from back (where were those 2 screws) and shaked strongly and managed without any damages. But also saw why its not easily sliding. So shake and a bit lift strongly but carefully to avoid damages in fron5 - good luck!
Hi, I have water literally coming out of my motor and it is tripping my breaker when it is in the rinse cycle right before it goes on the spin cycle, any idea what It can be? Thank you in advanced
I'm trying to figure out about my washer, I have a picture of the problem where it's leaking but don't know how to add it, it's leaking on the inside of the cold water hose , you can see it when you take the top cover of the washer off, it's where it splits up right there, if that makes any sense at all?
Just a FYI new models from 2023 and onwards have a different designed pump and the rubbers do not touch at all.. so the design fault has been rectified.
Check your seal make sure it’s intact and doesn’t have a tear on it. You should also check the water dispenser it might be leaking. Take the top off and start a cycle and have a look to see where the water is leaking from it’s usually from the soap drawer
Mine is leaking from the bottom though. Also, my washer n dryer are stacked. So I can’t really remove the top panel from the washer. Any other suggestions?
Great video but found nothing wrong. I did see a video a while back for not enough water in the tank because mine hardly had any so I’m wondering if I’m applying to much water because it is leaking underneath the machine. Any suggestions?
Hi might be a pipe that is loose. I suggest following the water path. That is follow it from getting into the soap drawer and then in the tub. Find where it’s leaking.
@@askmrwashywashy I did notice at times that there is still some water in the soap drawer when I pull it out. I watch video on replacing the door boots seal and it does not look difficult. I did see another video that showed a hose at the bottom that may be loose or defective but I will have to try and figure out how to remove the lower front panel.
I have a slightly different issue with my Samsung front load washer. I see no water leaks while the unit goes through the cycles. When completed, I open the door and I remove the clothes. Typically I leave the door open so that it cuts down on mildew, etc. It's when I open the door is when I see water dripping from the bottom of the door. Is there anything on the door itself that retains water and leaks from the bottom?
Hi water might be getting into the door between that glass and housing thats what will cause it to drip. Quickest fix for it would be to get some water proof silicone and unscrew the door screws and reseal the door. Take note of how you took everything off. this will make it easier to put the door back together.
@@askmrwashywashy Thank you. Would it be easier to remove (unscrew) the door from the washer frame and lay it flat, or could the back of the door be removed while it's still mounted to the washer?
Mine seems to leak only on the final spin cycle. About a cup of water ends up on the floor. Any advice? (BTW, great video. If any of those other problems arise I'll have it covered.)
None of this looks particularly "easy," and doesn't seem to address my issue if a small drip coming directly down from bottom of the front door of the washer. Suspect a seal issue, but can't quite seem to pin it down...
A very comprehensive rundown of repairing Samsung washers. Thank you for a great video!
